Great location and view. Very spacious house for our family of five, bonus to have an en-suite
The kitchen could be a bit more stocked, there was no baking tray, limited pots and things like that, the frying pan needs replaced it is peeling. It was cold in the bedrooms with no heating there

Was exceptionally clean. Had great facilities everything you could need. Good view
The beds were a bit stiff and some of the items didn’t work. Check In was a bit complicated but to be fair did check in around 11:30pm

very spacious, well equipped villa with wonderful views
only one tiny negative which was there was a washing machine but no dryer for clothes. Outside clothesline not really suitable in cold wet weather.

Great location, good price (we visited during low season), spacious, comfortable beds.
Kitchen tap needs repair, kitchen and bathroom supplies very basic, lounge room furniture very cheap (not comfortable).

The location was fantastic, two minutes drive to town. The views from the deck were lovely. Being in Kingscote was really central for things up and down the island if you didn’t want to move. Having a full kitchen and laundry was great. Also an excellent living area.
The beds were very firm, which we never really adjusted to. There was good wardrobe space but no shelves or drawers to really unpack.

Location was superb. Loved looking out over the countryside. Was close to amenities.
Steps at entry were difficult with arthritic knees!

Lots of room. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Comfy beds. Would recommend staying here.
No wifi 😢. We couldn't find a code and when I made contact, nobody responded.

The bed in the ensuite bedroom was terrible, every time we moved it squeaked and was of VERY POOR QUALITY.

A lovely view, light and lots of room for just the two of us. Could walk into town although it was about 15-20 minutes. Washing machine and reasonably well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed and lounge.
No BBQ provided despite them being promoted in all advertising. Place in need of maintenance- broken kitchen tap, 2 broken toilet roll holders, 2 doors that didn't shut. Not very clean. Very long grass around clothes line and lots of weeds around the villa.

Location and view, comfortable beds and lounge.
Stained carpet, dusty skirting boards, the whole place needs a good clean, a paint and update. Tissues could be supplied.

Beautiful views and a nice accommodation that just needs a few extra items and attention. We would stay again! Grey water pressure in showers and villa clean and tidy.
No tv, dvd or air con remotes on arrival with air con stuck on 30 degrees from previous guests. Had to be super hot or wrap up in blankets. No response from owner.
We ended up finding all remotes next day squashed in couch cushions but still no acknowledgment of messages sent to owner. We've never stayed somewhere and not had remotes left ready for use Kitchen needs a chopping board and tea towel for guests. Air con filter was rinsed by us as inches of dust on filters meant very little air flow from air con.

The view and the house itself was very nice and comfortable for the amount of people.
The gardens are mud. Clothes line was in shade left towels on the line all day and didn't dry. When there was 7 people and 6 towels. Could possibly fit another lounge especially when 6 or 7 people. Also some TV's in the other bedrooms so adults can retreat into rooms

The views and large balcony.
The location and views were great. However our villa needs repair and a bit of an upgrade. The ensuite shower has significant mould on the ceiling and the water spray goes up into the exhaust fan. The lounge chairs are quite shabby too. The beds were okay but could do with warmer bedding in winter. Overall an okay stay.
