Spacious house in a quiet but convenient location.

This was a lovely house with spacious rooms in a quiet location yet it was easy to walk to restaurants. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfy. There was a huge back yard too. The owner was good to communicate with.

Disappointingly for a B&B, the breakfast was only cereal and white bread with spreads.

The garden, the space, the warmth, the range of appliances, glassware, crockery and equipment in the kitchen

If there was some grain bread and muesli and fruit we may have had breakfast there.

Welcoming, warm, comfortable-home-away-from-home

Dawn had thought of everything one could want or need at this home-away-from-home. it was amongst the best places we’ve stayed at. The beautiful succulent garden was just the icing on the cake. we will definitely detour through Rutherglen again.

Oasis at Rutherglen

Admurraya House is beautifully presented in a quiet street. The host has meticulously provided & presented for all needs for a short or long stay. The garden is also meticulously presented & cared for. We highly recommend Admurraya House BnB.

Unfortunately we did not spend even one night at the property as the day we arrived Victoria went into state-wide lockdown. We decided to return to Melbourne, given the uncertainty of the length of the restrictions. It was particularly disappointing as we were very impressed with the comfort, furnishings and equipping of the house. We will definitely return when life becomes a little more predictable.

Home away from home in the heart of wine country

We stayed for a week and toured the wineries and played golf. Excellent location for these activities. Dawn was a very helpful host. The house is very roomy and has all of the conveniences of a typical home. Would heartily recommend it as vacation accommodation.

Beautiful home. Immaculately clean. Everything you could possibly need in a home is there. So comfortable and warm. Close to town. Friendly and helpful host. Wished we could have stayed longer.
