Location is good

The sofa is very uncomfortable. The swimming pool too small. The TV set is small. The water pressure is not good. The mattress is too soft. In fact, two mattresses were put together to make one big bed. The balcony is too small.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Bangkok, 3 minute walk to mbk shopping and skytrain, great location and atmosphere. Staff are so friendly and polite, always happy to help with any questions. We stayed in the superior room, with its own kitchen and lounge room, plus a washing machine, the bath tub is huge great for relaxing, the most comfortable bed ever 11/10 plus the pillows, makes you not want to get out of bed in the morning. Swimming pool is great to cool down in as bangkok is extremely hot. Breakfast had a good selection and also eggs are cooked to order, compliments to the chef and staff at breakfast. House keeping is another 11/10. Definitely recommend this hotel for short or long stays.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the location is 3-5 mins walk to BTS, the 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious, would come and stay again if we are coming in a pax of 6-7 people

Location is great. Walking distance to MBK shopping centre. Had all the necessary equipments in the apartment area. But the layout of the rooms are a bit weird as we are having the 3 bedrooms one. Apart from then, superb.

Mini apartment that got everything you may need.  Two swimming pools, great restaurant  and a nice outside bar. Simply it’s elegant and modern look hotel and residents.

Room service at the restaurant closes early at 9 PM which should open at least till 12 PM . also, breakfast closes at 10 AM.

Booked the 2 bedroom apartment. Place was clean, location was good, ammenities were what we needed

Great hotel quiet

The staff were all professional extra helpful and friendly i loved the hotel and the location near shopping malls. i already recommended this hotel to my friends and i hope i get the chance to come back to it in the future when i visit Bangkok again. Special thanks to the lovely reception lady that helped us with the interpretation with the privet taxi driver i wish her the best.

The staff are wonderful. The ladies and gentlemen working at the hotel are very polite, helpful and professional. The location is central to main transportation routes and shopping, with the Sky Train, four major shopping malls, and several cultural attractions within 500m. Hard to beat. We made great use of the washing machine!

The breakfast however was poor. Eggs were not fresh. The coffee was not very well made. We asked for waffles, and got 'french toast' but with no cinnamon. Thailand is one of the world's best countries to eat, right up there with Italy and France, so they could really improve this aspect. If the food had been great, my review would be much more positive. There are better places to eat down the street. Also, the internet at this hotel is like 'free airport wifi.' You have to sign in every time you come back to the room. We found it most annoying.

Good location close to public transport. Good equipped appartment.

There was thousands of small insects in the appartment (small ants). There were everywhere and do not allow as to keep or prepare any food. The appartment was without balcony (we rented appartment with balcony according to booking offer). Cleanliness remained much to be desired.
