Voile Bleue Boutique Hotel

We had a really lovely stay at Voile Bleue and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Shazia, Jennifer and Nawfal for their warm hospitality and for making us feel at home throughout our stay. What I really liked about the property is the open reception concept. It feels very relaxed and homely rather than like a typical hotel reception. Whenever we came back from an outing or were leaving for an excursion, the staff were always there with a warm welcome or a friendly “Good day.” Those small gestures really made a difference. The location is excellent if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to relax. The property is well maintained and in good shape. Trou aux Biches beach is around 10 minutes away by public bus, so getting around was also quite easy. The laundry facility was excellent and very convenient, especially when travelling with a young child. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s a peaceful place with a genuinely friendly team, and the hospitality made us feel more like guests in a home than customers in a hotel. Would definitely recommend Voile Bleue for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Mauritius.

Restaurant Le Skipper - Menu design can be better considering basic global guest not one sided. No consistency in cuisine platting and display, use of random crockery, chipped plates and bowls were disappointing. Prices are skyrocketing, they could can be little pocket friendly considering the location. Restaurant staff’s were very hardworking and going extra mile for guests satisfaction.

Great location, helpful staff and the restaurant at the property also serves great food but there are other options nearby as well. Breakfast was good too with the restaurant facing the sea, very calm and relaxing.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming nothing was too much bother. It had washing facilities on site as well as your own kitchenette. Breakfast and dinner available. A private beach which was kept clean but we did explore other beaches plus a swimming pool at the hotel which was a little cold in August

Nothing really I didn't like but a little far from all the bars and restaurants.Although there are a couple of shops nearby, if you want to go to other beaches it's best to hire a car at the airport.

The rooms are spacey and really clean. Breakfast was really fine, not buffet but nice. Especially reception staff, Nawfal, was really nice helping us with the parking on site and with doing laundry. We will long remember him as one of the nicest encounters of our holiday. Laundry possibility indeed is a marvellous perk of this place. Sunset great.

The sea is pretty to look qt at sunset but really not for swimming. In our case we booked a room on the ground floor but then we got a room on the first floor.
