Хотелската стая беше чиста и добре подготвена за настаняване. Хотела е на добра локация и е доста близко до центъра. Има платен и неплатен паркинг.
Отношението на персонала. За два дни попаднахме само на една добра и усмихната служителка. Не ти обясняват кое къде е, за какво е и ти като гост на хотела в кой ресторант можеш да закусиш или да си поръчаш вечеря. Посрещнаха ни с въпроса какви по точно гости на хотела сте и как може да не разберете от коя врата да влезнете.

Breakfast- very basic- needs more variety with cutlery.

Breakfast was really bad not much choice and tea and coffee was not enough available in room as well. None of staff speak or understand English.

Bathroom was like a journey back to 80-s. Nie I see why at the website there was neither one bathroom picture. Such na outdated bathroom was like a joke for a price of room that could be compared to a 4* hotel is Sofia.
Clean room, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, spare pillows, working hair fier, TV and refrigerator and good location. Friendly Staff at the Reception.
