They allowed the storage of bags in the reception both before check-in and after check-out to collect on the same day. The hotel is very close to the underground train lines and a lot of nearby places to explore even by foot. I found no problems with the wifi. Every time housekeeping came to clean the room, I got two bottles of water which is nice.

I mistaking brought convenience store food home, the kind that you usually cook in store. Although there was no microwave in my room, there is a 7-eleven right next to the hotel so thankfully I didn't have to waste it.

besides the bed to sleep, there’s not much to like about the property. bathroom design was questionable. pictures online looked better than the actual place and I regret cancelling my previous hotel booking and chose this…

The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. Only one staff member was nice and she was a nice older woman with brown hair. Everyone else was very rude. Would never come back for that reason.

The staff Noise from the ac that was so loud it was hard to sleep. The rooms are much older and smaller than they made it seem. There were no bathrobes as promised. The bathroom slippers looked old and used.

No one speak English as well

The room, towels and bed sheets are not clean. The air conditioner comes with cigarette smell !!! We complained about this to the front desk but got no response!!!!!!!!!

Location wise it was good. There was a good selection of food and convenient stores around the hotel.

Booked 2 rooms of the exact same room but was given 2 different rooms although next to each other. There was some mold around the bath tub and a broken tile in the room.

The young front counter guy staff was extremely rude when we requested for a change of room as the room is not clean when I checked in. He started banging things right in front of us. If he wants to work in the hotel line, he should minimumly know how to respect his customers. It really spoilt my impression of this hotel. Hence, I would not recommend to stay in this hotel.

The bathroom was really big and had a great bathtub! The bed was comfy and location was great, really close to the subway station.

The room needed a bit of maintenance, and was a little dated, but otherwise it was fine.

its Location is superb and the design of hotel was very unique and beautiful

there was no facilities of room service or restaurants within the hotel. Also small requests like extra blanket weren’t entertained by the staff. staff was also not very english friendly.

staff are very nice and helpful. I stay almost one month, it's make me feel like home and will come back this hotel for sure when I travel Korea again.
