The place looks just like the pictures and the location is good.

We got to the place all excited but there was no hot water. We then headed out to the beach for a bit, and when we got back, we tried firing up the bathroom heater/boiler. My wife and two kids patiently waited for over 20 minutes, only to end up taking icy cold showers. The host lady decided to drop by and see for herself. Later, her husband joined the party too, still not convinced. Now here's where things take a twist – my smartwatch mysteriously vanished. So I tracked it with my phone. Turns out, the last place it synced was at the property right before we hit the beach. It was, then, turned off. Suspicious, right? The hosts couldn't do anything, so, they decided to "smooth things over" with a $30 refund, which they've previously charged us for using towels and bed linens... The hosts seemed friendly. But something's fishy. It looks like the place isn't all that secure, or there's some mysterious stuff going on behind the scenes. Do not recommend, no matter how good the pics look.

Great location close to the beach and vivid area but still calm at night with very friendly and welcoming hosts. Beautiful house with everything you could ask for, surely one of the best places we stayed at in Sicily, highly recommended.

The location is great, the beach is 6 minutes away, lots of places to eat not far. When we checked in, the owners provided us with some water bottles and coffee free of charge.

When we arrived, we could not reach the property owners via phone or via booking messaging for directions. When we did meet the owners, unfortunately, they did not speak any English, so we had to try and use Google translate to communicate somehow. Some areas of the apartment were not well maintained. For example, some shelves were crooked, the shower had rust on the shower head holding a metal rod. The worst part was the fact that Air Conditioning was not working, while it was 31 Celsius outside. We notified the property owners straight away, got a reply after 24 hours, and were promised that a repair man would arrive, but he never did. We tried to get the AC fixed for 5 days, having constant chats with the property owner, who promised a technician would come the next day, then the next day...we gave up on the day 5 as it became apparent that there is either 1 repair man for the whole island, or the property owners were simply incompetent/not willing to send one. Also, shower is very very small.

The place is better than the pictures. Super clean, comfortable apartment and 10 mins walk from the beautiful beach of San Vito Lo Capo. Also the hosts were the best! Signore e Signora Medici were super welcoming and even allowed us to check out much later than the agreed time.

The only things I missed in the place was wifi, a kettle, and a toaster! Minor changes that would make the place perfect.
