It's a pub!!! Room was pleasant and adequate. Not too much noise and you could park on-site which was great in the City Centre. Very cheap price for a good stay. Specials on the meals made it a very low cost stay. Food was decent.
Lift was out of service and it was a few stairs to climb.

On the first night it was very cold only one blanket on the bed.
The aircon could get the setting right.
On the second day I rang the office no answer so I left a message. They didn't ring back so in afternoon I tried to ring again I spoke to a team member so told her I need extra blanket and told her about the air conditioning her answer was I'm on my own I will get a blanket and send you someone to look at aircon I'm still waiting never seen anyone so send them a email.
On day 3 I saw the cleaning team so they gave me an extra blanket.
The dust on the bed head was really bad.
The Bathroom door I could lock it
I will never stay there again .

The shower had no door. There was a ball of hair in the shower from a previous guest. The windows did not have safety locks so couldn’t leave the window open whilst we went out. Exposed tv cables

3rd floor and elevator did not work. reading reviews it apparently has not worked for years but I was told they we’re waiting on a parts to have it repaired.

Location ideal. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Condition of accommodation in general. Could do with a serious makeover and clean.

I liked dropping the key back after being in the room for 20 minutes
DO NOT GO HERE! The room was awful! There were brown stains up all the walls (looked like faeces) and they hadn’t been washed since the 90s. The bed was full of pubic hair, the carpet was 50 shades of brown (I didn’t want to take my shoes off it was that bad) the bathroom was dirty and smelt. The area was full of sketchy people, someone tried opening my car door within 20 mins of being there and their secured carpark had about 5-10 individuals loitering around it looking in peoples cars.
I booked this room purely for a quick over night stay as I was going between qld and vic, lesson learnt, don’t pick the 2nd cheapest room in Dubbo. Your car will most likely end up stolen, your bed will most likely contain the hair of the last guest, your health will be compromised

Some of the staff were very approachable. I also like the fact that the hotel was very close to the middle of town and it was only a very short walk to the cinemas, shops and some other attractions.
Both the TV and the fridge in my designated room didn't work, which meant that I was inconvenienced by having to move rooms. In the processed I was abused by one of the staff members. Getting a response from admin about the issue was not forthcoming. Staying at the hotel also involved going up a minimum of two sets of stairs to get to your room. A lift was on site but it hadn't worked in many years. The designated car park was around the corner and along the street unfortunately, making it difficult to get your bags to the hotel room.

Location was ok. heater and shower worked well.
wasnt clean as expected. elevator doesnt work. parking wasnt great for motorbike, acces to rooms wasnt great. There was rust in toilet and my expextation of min standard wS higher than what we expwriences.

The shower was good.
Thin blanket, no doona. Power point too far from bed. No wifi. No table or chairs. Window very difficult to open and close. No room for wet pack in bathroom. Lift not working. Had to make coffee on top of bar fridge.
