Good showers. Small rooms that 100% did what they needed to. And a lovely main area. Absolutely say for dinner if you can.

the location is good, the sharing area is cozy and the staffs are very very sweet.
the room size is very very very small. it is NOT 20m2 as they said on the page. you can hear EVERYTHING in your room. the whole upstairs are awkwardly narrow and tight.

Unreal service, all the staff were super accommodating. Such a great vibe at the lodge, very cosy, easy to ski in and out (during the ski season). Would highly recommend the restaurant (book in early to secure a spot). Beds were comfy!
Small rooms but we already knew this before we booked - no surprises there (well advertised) but if you are traveling with a lot of luggage you may want to book a bigger room they offer.

It was a fabulous weekend up on the mountain with my two boys for there Mtb Enduro event ,Shana and Sergio were the most amazing and hospitable ppl around they made us stay very welcomed at there beautiful and cozy Alpine lodge nothing was too much ,thankyou for all your efforts guys much appreciated keep up the great work and would love to bring the whole fam next time for ski season all the best Kind Ken ,Mason and Hamish

Very friendly staff. Great meals in the restaurant. A nice common area. The free use of mountain bikes and kayaks was a fantastic bonus.

The restaurant at Feathertop was amazing. The food was exceptional and the fireplace and view outstanding. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel right at home.

We liked all the extras that were included in the price like the spa, mountain bikes, kayaks.
Also the staff were amazing: Shana was so lovely and attentive, and the food cooked by Sergio was divine. We highly recommend this lodge for your trip to Falls Creek!
The bedroom was a bit small, and there were a couple of times where the hot shower had issues with hot water.

Our trip to Falls Creek & stay at Feathertop is going to be memorable. The host Shana & her partner are absolutely warm, genuinely caring & lovely people. Feathertop hotel is a cozy little place, perfect for colder temperatures. This place drops to near zero even in summer, so we did appreciate the warm wood paneled rooms. We loved lounge area the best. The hosts have the fireplace going & serve excellent freshly cooked meals (we enjoyed the breakfast & dinner). Thanks so much for having us & wish you all the best.

the staff were extremely helpful, as were the hosts themselves. the vibe was extremely cosy, and despite poor weather conditions we were able to make the most of our time there with use of the spa and recommendations of local attractions to spend time eating, visiting, and drinking at. we will definately be back to feathertop lodge and hope on our return to properly utilise the fact that the location is ski in and ski out, cmon snow!

Enjoyed our stay at Feathertop the staff were very hospitable and the accommodation very cosy. The communal areas where we shared breakfast and dinners around the open fire were a real treat.
