Wonderful staff. Amazing restaurant in the foyer

Didn’t get the room I’d booked online just hours earlier. Bed was massive but separated in the middle and my partner got ‘stuck’ in it a few times! Room opposite had extremely noisy guests in it that kept me up until almost 3am. Fire alarm was sounded around 9am? To wake the guests up?

We stayed for 2 nights. No housekeeping, just a few towels being put into the toilet, but the used one had not been removed The lift closed at 9:30pm and open at 9:30am. We have to use the stairs to bring our luggage down to the car The double bed is just two twin beds put together, not comfortable

Room was comfortable and clean

Lift wasn’t open early in morning, so had to man handle luggage down stairs

bed was cosy, room was neat. didn’t need much for one night so it did what was needed.

bathroom has a step and both of us stubbed out toes. windows don’t have a secure latch and wind was very noisy.

Carpet was stained in the bedroom and Hallways. Curtain in the bedroom had a stain that appeared to be dried vomit. Room had a door which exited onto the stairs down to the rubbish bins (Would appear to be a shortcut and fire exit) chairs were blocking the the hose reel in Hallway understaffed, the young girl working the reception was also working the kitchen as a waitress

No water to the room in the morning - no advice of this? - after hours contact number went to voicemail and did not answer back at all. No response to message left.

We have stayed here before and it met all our expectations

There was no coffee in the room
