I really do not like to add negative comments but in this case I have no choice as automatic check in that didn't work and I had to search for another hotel late at night. We paid in the check-in machine for reservation and after completion of the check-in there was error printing and we did not receive room number and code. We tried to call several times different numbers, we also tried pressing help button but there was not response. That is why I cannot recommend the hotel as we had a lot of stress and additional costs. I am not giving 1 because finally after 3 weeks money paid for unused reservation was returned on my account which improves a bit my total view. However, the solution for the automatic check-in should be definitely improved.

the location is good - quickly get to wiemar. the only problem how to find the hotel. the digitalisation - it is question of praxe.

The staff was nice, there is a free parking, the beds were clean and comfy, it was very calm.

You have to take the car to go anywhere else.

there were cockroaches in my room - when I complained to the staff, they said that they came through the open window and there is nothing they can do about it. Staff rude and unhelpful.
