The apartment is spacious and very fresh , the owner cleans the place by herself and maintains it in a great condition Natia welcomed us with a smile and she actually lives right below the apartment and is a available for help at any time The location is within a walking distance from the center and you can easily find a variety of tasty restaurants We really loved the entrance of the building

The fact that the bedroom windows are facing the street could be a bit noisy for some people but it’s just a small street and not many cars cross by .

The location is Excellent, right in the centre. There are lots of groceries and the best restaurants in the neighborhood. The area is quite. The apartment is cosy and comfortabel, with lovely fresh linen and nice shower. The host is helpful, she gave me an amazing recommendations for breakfast and sights. The apartment was really clean and had all the facilities.

This is not just a place to stay in tbilisi... it is your home away from home.. if theres a word beyond perfect thats how ill rate the place.. The hostess ms.Natia is like a family and provided everything a tourist would need.. all the facilities pictured here are really there and more than what u would expect.We stayed for a week and never would want to leave.. the location is actually near the city center. Taxi's and food delivery services are also awesome.. we definitely recommend the place and will be coming back to georgia because of how well we are treated on our first visit😊

Natia, the host and the apartment are exemplary. I felt at home and safe during my entire stay. Everything that a guest might be needing are all available....aside from a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, there's also metro card, phone, funicular card, umbrella, etc.. There's even a complimentary bottle of red wine and a Georgian deli on the table. Natia is so sweet and accomodating..she even gave me souvenir items before I left.
