Good value but needing updates.

The staff were very friendly the room was clean.

The safety stop was broken, the breakfast was ok but they did run out of orange juice, the door weather strip was shot so you could see daylight through the door gaps. The washer did not work.

At first people were friendly

I booked room for room July 12,2023. Went in at 3:25pm on the 12th to check in and was informed they couldn't accomadate my paralyzed daughter in a wheelchair because they only had upstairs rooms, so I told clerk I would have to decline there was no way to get my daughter upstairs. Thinking everything was cleared up I left, but later that night I was billed the full price of a no show. Didn't get room, got charged, and have spent the whole day of the 13th trying to get money back. I am now waiting till 3:30 for the manager to decide and it will be a miracle if they make it right. I can pray I get my $150 back. I had come to Andrews to visit my ailing parents and ended up not finding another room so I don't get to visit anyone. If you stay and pay with card watch your statement carefully during your stay. I will not be staying at this hotel or booking here again.

Very clean and price was lowest in area. We had some confision with the pet policy initally, but it was our mistake and we worked it out. The staff was accomidating and helpful wirh the exception of one female who never smiled and actually was quite rude at times.

Wonderful people. Good location. Nice town with great small businesses.

Quality inn of andrews was located in just the right spot for our needs this trip. The beds were comfortable and the hot water never ran out.

There wasn't anyone in the office/lobby of this hotel over night or early morning. We had an early morning flight and had to leave early. We ended up leaving our room keys in our room because there was no where else for us to put them. The only hot part of breakfast was the super strong coffee machine and waffles. There were no other option for a hot meal. 2 kinds of cereal, some yogurt, a few bananas and apples. Not the most encouraging breakfast when it is 29° outside.

The bathroom had a used towel and wash cloth hanging behind the door. There was a paper wrapper on the bathroom floor behind the door.

too expensive for a one night business stay for a 3 star hotel.

The room and beds were clean. I wanted a senior citizen discount but the clerk said she did not know how to change it since I booked on Booking.com

The lightbulbs were like 150-watt bulbs which nearly blinded us in our room. Soft lighting with less wattage would have been better and warmed the room up.

The power went out around 4am and didn't come back on till around 10:30 but not the hotel's fault. Room needs up dating.

Not sure if I'd pay their rates again. $25 a day for pet fee is ridiculous

Staff was so friendly! They do a good job and care about their work.

One desk clerk wasn't willing to work with me to understand the billing process, but the mgr. did help me later.

Quiet, Comfortable, Home away from Home.

I was visiting home for Christmas Break. I loved my stay. They were friendly and very understanding. I will most defiantly return to this Inn when I come back to town. I had to leave many times. Every time they were understanding of my situation. You ask. They will be there for you. But you have to ASK or they wont know how to help you with your situation.. Enjoy your stay. For a small town. ITS WORTH THE MONEY!!! :)

I feel like it could use some upgrading. But for a small town. I FEEL like they are doing their best. They care for others. The people who stay. They treat you like apart of their own. You are included in their pack. Just know you will never be ALONE. :)

Motel staff was nice, I value the room I had to be a 50.00 room at best.

No breakfast, the staff was nice, there was an old smelly mattress outside our room and someone had bull dogs that barked off and on all night kept my family up.

The bathroom door would not close and the room could have used some bleach, over all it was ok for 115.00 a night, if the dogs were quiet.
