I was not check in at night and been told there was a check in code send to me. but I didn't received at all. I called and been told the reception has send a code and that's none of their business. I was locked outside at night with super cold and after I called several times. I was been told there is no other way to check me in and I have to find another hotel. and my booking will be refund. but after three days I didn't received the refund and called again, they just change what they have said, and told me they send the check in code no matter I received it or not and can not refund me. that is so terrible attitude and lie to customer. if you have send me the check in code, why not told me where was the code but just asked me go to find another hotel at the first time I called at the check in night? that was a cheap lie. and their hotel is at the middle of nowhere, it is reall hard to find another hotel around. if you don't want put yourself into helplessness situation, don't come to this hotel, strongly not recommended! got be careful!

The bowling wasnt working and the staff didnt speak a lot of english.

Comfy bed, great location, good value for money. Staff is really caring, breakfast is great, 5 mins away from a metro station (by car)
