Cleanliness and quality of amenities.
The outside view couldn't be seen. You should have made the rooms with a balcony and outdoor views.
Food quality was not that good, especially non veg foods.

The family room we stayed in was spacious, clean and had modern facilities.
The Hangout Bar was also nice with good food and music.
The approach road is quite difficult to reach.

The restaurant on the terrace has a beautiful setting amidst the picturesque valley all around. The interiors are tastefully planned. One can spend hours on a book alongwith coffee and snacks. The outside hangout setting is perfect for the evening chill out with good music.
Since we had booked almost 4 rooms we could have been allowed late check out as our train was in the evening and we had to spend almost long hours till afternoon.

the bed was comfortable. the rooftop bar was well made. the food was nice
the lady at the front desk was rude, had that arrogance in every sentence. The duvet was dirty at check in, had to get it replaced

There was no complimentary breakfast inspite of the exorbitant prices of the room.
The property is too expensive for the quoted amount. There are far more better properties with better view and easier access to rooms rather than just a staircase.

Breakfast was provided as per choice, quality and taste was fantastic. Location of rooms and outside view was not good
Rooms outside view was not good. Reception staff Sanjay was rude while we reached. Demanded room rent upfront without even showing room. Told that stag entry was not allowed although Rooms were booked on site.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting kasauli.

The place was clean and the staff was really warm & welcoming.
Loved the food (Specially Dal Makhani).
This place feels like home, it has a beautiful view and vibe. After spending 10 days there, I didn't want to leave honestly.
Also, the Hangout Bar is an added bonus because there are musical and cultural things happening there everyday. I personally enjoyed the music open mic and the trance party.
This is the definitely the best place to stay in Kasauli.
