Beautiful place/clean/spacious and great location.

We believe the tenant before us had dogs.

We enjoyed the location and the pool was great. The screened in balcony was a favorite for the whole family.

We only received one parking pass when we checked in. We had 3 vehicles, so we had to go back for more. The time of when the pool closed seemed early to us. Some of the other residents and guests were a bit rude to us. The lack of toiletries when we arrived. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the apartment and there were two bathrooms. The floor was so dirty it turned out feet black. We had to vacuum and clean it before we did anything. Also, the vacuum really didn't work all that great.

Location; people in the area

Dirty dishes in dishwasher and throughout cabinets; dirty/stained sheets on bed; dirt and objects on floors; toaster didn’t work; television in master without functioning remote; remote for main television functioned intermittently. The dirty dishes were atrocious, and it appeared the floors had not been vacuumed or cleaned. Obvious junk in and around objects, including old roses, dryer sheets, and food!

Everything, the home was beautiful as well as the grounds around the property, close walking to the beach

The only thing I didn’t like was 3flights of stairs! After walking to and from beach I was exhausted to walk up the stairs too and oops we forgot things and had to walk back up several times!

Love the spacious apartment. Worked out good for my family. Wish it had been alittle closer to beach.

The beds was really hard. So if you have a bad back may not be the best for you.

It was very clean and quiet and I loved the condo it was beautiful and loved how everything was available to use
