My wife and stayed in the apartment four nights. Maarten met us upon arrival and went over the functioning of the apartment. The apartment was well stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, cereal, yogurt, cheese, ham and bread. The street is quaint and quiet yet close the tram and walking distance to good restaurants. We ate in the neighborhood every evening.

Met and exceeded our expectations. Very clean, nicely furnished and walking distance to Van Gogh, Heineken and other museums.

This was a FANTASTIC stay in the best location!! Perfect for walking to anything and close to a metro station which we used quite a bit. Our only complaint was the listing advertised four bikes for use and there was really only one that was suitable for biking properly, we would have loved to use the bikes that came with the property as we really looked forward to that. Everything was clean and worked, we only had a small issue with the washer/dryer but the hosts were helpful to solve the issue and bring us new towels when ours didn’t dry. We loved this place , especially the snacks and breakfast items provided- such a sweet touch! Highly recommend staying here!!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. My 17 year old daughter and 15 year old son slept on the sofa beds and raved about their comfort. They also enjoyed watching Netflix before they went to sleep each night. The apartment was beautifully designed and the owners made great use of the space. Maarten met us upon arrival and showed us everything. He and his family live right upstairs, so were readily available if needed. We also appreciated the bread, juice, cheese, etc that was provided. Finally, the street and neighborhood were perfect - quiet and adorable, yet just a few blocks from bustling restaurants. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer than 2 nights!

Maarten and Malo are the best hosts we have ever had, and their one bedroom private apartment was beautifully appointed and so comfortable for our 2 week stay. Malo met us upon arrival and showed us through the apartment. We were amazed that the refirgwr

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our adult daughter slept on one of the two sofa beds which worked great. We appreciated the use of bikes and the kitchenette. Check in was easy and we arrived to a fridge of goodies. We LOVED the neighborhood, quiet, beautiful and close to the museums. Everything is a short bike ride or walk away.

The place is wonderful and in a great location! Maarten was super helpful with my check-in. For me this trip was work related, so the internet speed was very important. For anyone needing fast internet for any reason, I would book this place. Wifi speed 200mbps and wired speed >500mbps.

Perfect location to feel a bit like a local but also close to transit and easy walking to everything. Loved the quaint but very clean property and would love to stay here again in the future.

Had a fantastic experience. Perfect location. Apartment was the perfect size for us. Very clean and lovely quiet street just a few mins away from all the Amsterdam hustle and bustle. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Stayed there for 3 nights with 2 friends visiting area for first time. Location was walking distance of pretry much everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to communicate with property management and they were very kind and helpful with our trip. Would recommend for any type of visit.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam at the Blueprint House with our 2 grandkids. Malo and Maarten welcomed us when we arrived, and kindly allowed us to check in early because the unit was vacant. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to the Metro and trams, and restaurants and shops. Even though you can walk anywhere, we found it useful to have transportation passes, especially since there were 4 of us. It eliminated the stress of having to buy tickets every time we boarded a tram or bus. Since we left, the kids have mentioned many times that our stay in the Blueprint House was one of their favorite experiences, especially the morning croissants! Thank you, Malo and Maarten for your warm hospitality.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maarten and Malo’s beautiful place. It is designed and decorated so tastefully. The owners were so very kind to provide some food for us so we didn’t have worry about some of our meals. I absolutely loved Amsterdam and staying at this beautiful place made it that much better. Great location to everything.

The location is close enough to walk to everything in the city center. Maarten and Malo were delightful and considerate hosts and the flat was very efficient and well equipped. Having breakfast provided was an added bonus! Great place to stay!

Couldnt have picked a better place to stay in Amsterdam than in this beautiful, cosy and homely B&B, just wonderful. Spacious, cosy, quirky, and had everything we could need, the fridge was filled with cheese meats, bread milk and fresh orange juice, as well as Espresso coffee and an abundance of teas, it was just what we needed. Short tram ride or 20 min walk to dam square, makes this the perfect location, Friendly hosts and in a quiet neighbourhood, i cant wait to return

Our stay in Amsterdam was wonderful due to Malo and families hospitality. The apartment was just what we needed, very spacious for a one bedroom. 4 of us fit here so comfortably and the washer and dryer were a huge perk. Malo provided pastries and bread each morning for us and had some cheese and meat in the fridge for us already. The neighborhood is quiet and is close to both underground metro and the above ground transit. Would've stayed longer if we could.

Perfect for two people for 5 days. Malo and Maarten were unbelievable. So generous, so kind. The location is the best. Quiet, not crowded, lots of nice restaurants and shops,etc. nearby. It took a day for us folks from the US to adjust because we are used to more space, but we decided we didn’t need anything more. You cannot be disappointed. And the food they very generously supply is terrific.

In the heart of old Amsterdam. An easy walk to most locations, particularly the museums. An even easier bike ride. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Also only a few blocks from the scenic 7 bridges, good restaurants, and a shopping area.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything looked as pictured and was very comfortable. We traveled with our toddler and chose this spot specifically because it seemed like the safest spot for a wild toddler to run around in. The hosts were very kind and we especially enjoyed the fresh croissants and baguette delivered each day! We have stayed at 5 star hotels in Amsterdam and this is by far better. The hotels are so small and this apartment was nice and spacious for 2 adults and a child.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The owners were very friendly and very generous with the goodies they provided and very helpful in making recommendations. The bikes that came with the property really enhanced our visit and helped us to get around Amsterdam. The location made us feel that we were right in the heart of the city. We had a fabulous time and can't fault the property.

My family of 4 (kids ages 12 and 14) loved our 4-day stay in Blue Print. It’s located in a charming and quiet neighborhood, just a block from bistros and pubs. A short walk to the museum district and a mediium walk to the Anne Frank House and Jordaan neighborhood. Malo and his wife were always kind and helpful and even provided bikes and a delicious breakfast.

Lovely, stylishly decorated, very clean apartment. The location is perfect. We were within walking distance to most museums, restaurants, grocery stores, canals, shopping areas etc. This type of accommodation was a perfect fit for our family. Many thanks to our friendly hosts.

This was by far the best experience I have had with Home Away (or that other company 😀) The apartment is immaculate and wonderfully thought out. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children and so our children took the pull out beds which were very comfortable (we would have been happy sleeping in them ourselves). There was plenty of space for our family and everything felt clean and nice. On arrival the kitchen was well stocked with good coffee and tea and a number of breakfast items (bread,yogurt, cereal, ham, cheese, fruit, juices, jams) and even a bottle of wine (if I remember correctly) I have not encountered anything close to this level of thoughtfulness anywhere else I have stayed.Then of course there is the daily breakfast delivery of primarily fresh breads but sometimes mixed in with other surprises. Just lovely. The apartment itself is in a perfect location. The area feels like you are in a small village rather than a city. Turn left and 2 mins walk you reach coulple of canals with restaurants and a square with a play area for the kids. So picturesque. Turn right and a short walk takes you to a more busy street with trams and a newly opened underground. Having said that Amsterdam is a very walkable city. We only used the tram once and what’s more the apartment provides bikes too! (they really do think of everything). I am sure there is something great I am forgetting. Milo and Maarten were the perfect hosts and this is a wonderful place to stay. Book it, you won’t regret it!😀

This was our third visit to Amsterdam and our stay at Blueprint made it all the more special. It was great having an outdoor space to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun and then to open our breakfast box and discover the treats inside - always something delicious and always something different. Easy to find... clean... well stocked... super nice hosts! We really enjoyed staying here. It was plenty of room for us and our kids (13 and 16). This is in walking distance to lots of tourists attractions. They have 4 bikes that you can borrow too. Washer and dryer are nice to have if you are on a long trip. And who (esp the teens) can complain about getting french bread and croissants delivered to your door! Could not have picked a better place to stay.
