Clean place, safe, decent, near facilities (supermarket, beach etc.)
Huge pool. No issue with noise or loud music.
Good wifi. Flexible stay (code to open main entrance if we need to go out late).
Huge place inside - on each floor there is a lobby and an open balcony!
Did not expect a microwave or mini fridge which were helpful in my room! There is also a sink which is great!
The locker, AC and everything worked perfectly! Breakfast could be booked on the spot.

Huge thanks to Mr. Miraz who was a quick problem solver, helpful and welcoming. He solved the hot tub issue quickly :)
Those are not calamities but just to mention as I forgot to share it with Mr. Miraz before leaving:
Parking is for 3 cars only (1st come 1st serve). But the outside parking is for now OK until the area is no longer available to them. The TV is limited and need new batteries in remote.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and understanding. I have got a late check-out. Breakfast was nice. The pool was clean and my friend and I enjoy a lot. We will definitely come back. I recommend this property and rate it 10/10👌.

the lovely beach of Flic en Flac and the centre of the village are in walking distance; the house was as we have expected it. Quite basic, clean, well located and with a good value for money! (At least in our booking period).
the pool and it's sourroundings is looking not that comfy. There should be any boundary (small, but hight plants?) between the small pool area and the parking spots for the cars.

The room is very big and spacious. Large bed with plug next to it. Includes refrigerator and microwave.
The bathroom is also huge and has everything you need.
The attention of the staff is very good.
Good security system to get in and out.
It has a kitchen on the lower floor.
It is a 10-minute walk from the beach and restaurants.
The room does not have a view of the garden as mentioned in the reservation, it actually faced an outside corridor. Some kind of compensation would have been a detail since they did not give me what I had reserved.
It's a pity that the pool was always dirty.

Great service (incl flexible time for checkin and late checkout) and friendly, supportive staff. Room is small but very comfortabel, clean and complete. Its one street, about 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants and supermarket.

Fast and internet, good for Slack video calls, 50Mbps download, 20Mbps upload. It very solid speed throughout all our stay. Table in common area where you can work.

The accommodation was one of the bests!! staff was always kind and ready to assist. The pool is just a delight. Reasonably close to beach, mall. Definitely would recommend it.
while the breakfast is quite consistent (delicious omelette with cheese, yoghurts, banana, bread, butter and gem) it is exactly the same every single day. Some variety would be so appreciated (liver gets tired after omelette for consecutive days).

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
The mattres are not very comfortable. Considering i have back pain, i was pretty sensitive. The AC did not work properly. The room temperature stayed at 26degree even though it was set at 16. Plus the room 8 i was in had the AC facing right inside the bathroom. In this summer, getting a good sleep was chalenging.
