Bit expensive compared to other med resorts

The property is beautiful and we had a gorgeous room facing the sea. It is close to everything and the amenities like the use of their other properties and the gorgeous bar are too notch. The staff is lovely and kind. They are very helpful.

The parking situation. The worker running the gate would not let us in and wouldn’t even let us call the hotel so we could go drop our bags. we had to park on a pay lot and walk to the hotel and have them come back with us and get our bags and move the car to the correct lot. This was not the hotels fault- but it’s not clear and your experience will depend on the city worker that is at the gate that day.

Extremely friendly staff, breakfast and dinner at the hotel excellent. Location of the hotel in the center. Great value for money. The room is perfectly cleaned.

Via reservation we have got Atelier room (with a bad view of hotel's "backstage" and many external AC units). We upgraded to a bigger room Piazza, with best views over piazza and waterfront. From that moment our holidays were perfect. Both rooms are on the 3th floor.

The location of the hotel was perfect in the middle of the old town. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with local delicacies. The view of the harbor from our room was unsurpassed. We will definitely be back!

The pillows are a bit hard.

The concierge could easily obtain a job in any of the finest hotels in New York City or around the world and the other staff was on par as well. This hotel was, by far, my favorite out of the dozens we stayed at. The room was perfect. It had a lounge area that was decoratively separated from the sleeping area, for just a bit extra money it was worth the experience of having the extra space to lounge, the view was magical, we had the french press in the room, the attention to detail was exquisite, little treats by our bed at night and somehow our room was whisked clean while we were at breakfast, which was delicious. We had dinner there as well and it was one of our favorites of the trip. I wish I could take this hotel to all our travel locations. We were escorted to our car personally from the concierge the morning of check out. He clearly loves his job. It was very hard to leave this place. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience.
