The guy at reception was friendly
Room was sparse and cold. Bed was uncomfortable. The toilet cistern was constantly filling. No power sockets near the bed so very difficult to work or charge devices. Was really expensive for what it was. Managed to transfer the second night to the Ocean Shore Hotel which was much more comfortable, had mod cons like a decent shower, warmth, a comfortable bed and cost less.

No microwave in the room, the carpets were not that clean and bit expensive compared to the other properties.

The hospitality of the staff is out of this world. Staff are willing to bend backward to help out the guests. Jade Hardy is quite exceptional!

The cleanliness of the ladies ablutions particularly in the dining area. The toilet leaves a bit to be desired. Dirty !
