The location was great, a few subway stops to all famous destinations. The hotel is close to the train station as well. The staffs noticed my birthday and surprised me with a cake. The room was really clean, the comfort level exceeded my expectation.
My room has a little smoking smell when we first walked in. I am extremely sensitive to the smell but my husband was fine with it so we didn’t bring it up. Maybe consider separating smoking/non smoking rooms.

The hotel is really unique in both its architecture and the quality of the room and all facilities. The staff is always there to help you in everything you ask them, especially if you are foreigner and it is your first time in Beijing.

Very nice refurbished hotel, 20min walking from the Wangfujing walking area with lots of
Restaurants and shopping options. The restaurant inside the hotel was superb.
Staff barely spoke English and instructions were totally unclear at reception. It is very close to a couple of underground stations, but it is not really walking distance from anything (at least in the extreme heat I experienced). There are better options around the bigger malls

The hotel is very centrally located just near to the NAMOC. The rooms are beautiful and comfy, the bed is amazing, the food variety at breakfast is broad and delicious. And the staff is amazing, very polite and professional! Hank helped us so much, I don’t even know what we would have done without him!

the hotel was recently renovated with modern decor. within walking distance to forbidden city and Wangfujing shopping street, and metro station. the staff were quite helpful and dedicated.
the front doors of the rooms, once you want to close it, it tends to close with a big bang. it was a big design flaw.

Your breakfast is one of the best I ever have during my leisure travel overseas including 5 star hotels in Australia, US and Europe. The reason I stayed in your hotel because of my uncle stayed in your hotel during 1970s when he came to visited my family in Beijing from Malaysia.

There's no travel brochure for the guests and the in-room service is not accessible by foreign mobile phone. It would be good to provide the in-room menu in hardcopy

I had a very comfortable four night stay there recently. The staff was friendly and helpful, the internet sufficient, and the room large and clean. It was also right next to the subway, which was a bonus. I'd absolutely stay there again if in Beijing.

Location is close to a station. Although the most useful station for getting to places was the one that was a 10 minute walk, which was fine. Staff are very helpful and speak good English. They helped us book shows and things to do and helped me arrange transport to the airport.
I used the address given on Booking.com to find the hotel which wasn’t very accurate. It was still a 20-30 minute walk from the location given.
