Breakfast was good and satisfying
No lift at the entrance, need to climb up the stairs to reception. Carry luggage up and down. It was inconvienent.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war super. Auch in die Stadt ist man schnell gelaufen.
Wenn man nicht viel braucht und erwartet , dann ist das Hotel ok. Wenn man allerdings länger als zwei Nächte bleibt, dann würde ich mir beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel suchen.
Leider gibt es keine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel
Die Straße ist laut zu hören.
Beim Frühstück wurde definitiv gespart. Ein bisschen etwas frisches , wie Obst oder Gemüse wäre gut gewesen.

Zentrale Lage
Checkin bis 00.00 Uhr - um 23.30 Uhr hieß es, wir haben eigentlich schon zu; keinen Aufzug für unsere schweren Koffer organisiert (wir sind alle im reiferen Alter, 2 auch körperlich beeinträchtigt!), keine Hilfe angeboten!!!

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und rein und das Personal (haben nur den Manager und eine Frau gesehen) freundlich.
Wir hatten Probleme das wir den Eingang finden konnten, ein Telefonanruf blieb unbeantwortet.
Als wir nach einiger Zeit in der Rezeption standen fragten wir nach dem WC und wurden an das benachbarten Einkaufszentrum verwiesen da angeblich das WC gereinigt wurde. Am nächsten Tag beim Früstück (07.30-10.00) waren bis 08.30 keine Semmeln vorhanden, ebenso kein Paprika oder anderes Gemüse, auch Aufrische gab es nicht.
Am nächsten Morgen war es noch Ärger, um 08.15 gab es nach Nachfrage auch keine Semmeln mehr an diesem Tag. Auch der Käse war nicht frisch usw.
Frühstück katastrophal.

The hotel was very comfortable. A maid came each day to clean and re-stock the room, which was already very clean. The breakfast was excellent. and the young woman who worked in the breakfast room was incredible! She was so helpful, thoughtful, and hard-working - such a nice way to begin the day!
The location was a bit noisy.

Location-walking distance from many attractions. Nice breakfast. Clean. parking available at a cost.
That 2 keys couldn’t be provided for each room. That we couldn’t check in slightly early. A busy location to get street parking. The staff were not friendly, except the cleaner.

great location, next to central train station and 15 minutes walk to the lid city center..

The staffs are unfriendly. Even we have paid for the breakfast in advance in cash, we were told that we are not allowed to have breakfast.
There are no staff at the reception in the morning as we were told that tha staff will only come at 2pm

near to railway station
paid for breakfast at reception when we arrived. Then the couple serving breakfast charged us again. We had a train to catch so paid & left. Language problems. TV didn’t work. Really noisy outside at nighttime.

The hotel was located only 3 minutes from the main station and It was fairly cheap. We arrived late at night so no one was there anymore but they left us keys.
There were 3 homeless people sleeping in the hallway. We had to carry our bags over them on the stairs to get to the hotel. We didn't see anyone in the hotel at all since we left early aswell

The location
The couch was dirty. In the shower was mold. The coffee was very bad. There is no elevator although the reception is on the 1st floor. We had to carry our child and buggy upstairs.
