The room was excellent - very clean and comfortable, and the access arrangements were very simple. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Excellent value for money.

The only tiny negative (and it really isn't that big a problem) is that the property sits on quite a busy main road, so it can be a little noisy at times.

I received a warm and friendly welcome from the owner Darren and Jackie, who both were very helpful and attentive. My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable and included smart tv and free Wi-Fi. The location is ideal and only a short walk into town. I will definitely be back again and would highly recommend this little gem of a guest house to anyone visiting Lincoln.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities and bathroom were excellent. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the access arrangements were excellent.

The only slight thing I could say is that the hotel is located close to a fairly busy road - most of the time this wasn't an issue, though there were some boy-racers racing up and down the street at one point. That's not the Guest House's fault though.

I had a very good complete experience staying with South Park Guest house for 4 days. Amazing surroundings, very well maintained rooms and clean environment. I stayed for only during nights and the bed was extremely good to get a peaceful sleep. The property has an easy access to public transport and many good restaurants at a walking distance. Even though the dining room is not operational, I was given access to use microwave, refrigerator and other cutlery. Most of stays at other places had a kettle whose base is not clean. This is one of the guest house which gave me a very good clean Kettle to use so that I can prepare my tea and coffee comfortably. Thanks Daren, Jackie and Juliet for making my stay very comfortable.

Perfectly OK simple room, excellent shower/toilet, very clean; even a place to store my bike! Wifi and tv functioned fine. Plenty of milk for the complementary tea etc. Not masses of space but fine for a couple of nights. Pretty convenient for city (just over a mile away, so easy walk or cycle); extensive common with nice walks just over the road.

I would have liked a firmer mattress but it wasn't disastrous. Otherwise no problems.

Room had everything that you needed. Bathroom was great and the building in general was really clean and was really nice.

The owners were lovely and very helpful. My room was upgraded on arrival which was an added bonus! Very comfortable sleep and great facilities! Better than some hotels I've stayed in previously.

I completely loved everything about my stay at the South Park Guest House! The owner Darren and his assistant Jackie were of the upmost help during my entire stay! Being as though I came from the US they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and that all my needs were met! 11/10 for over achieving!! ❤️
