The location of the hotel is very good - it is close to the historical center of the city. The suite we have booked was just perfect - spacious, comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, kind and ready to help. The hotel also has a nice restaurant. Highly recommended place!

the staff were friendly and amazing. the property was close to Manila doctors hospital, where I need to go. it was very clean and well lit. staff very responsive and breakfast was amazing.

I booked this hotel for my son with my parents coming for his medical exam in St. Lukes. They were very satisfied of the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. My son said he was enjoying their buffet breakfast. They’re coming back here on April again. Thank you!

The breakfast buffet was great, location is good so close to Luneta Rizal park and the baywalk Dolomite beach, walking distance to the nearest mall.

I like the reception and the staff were polite
I did not like the cleaness of the rooms nad the dirty bed sheets and floors , the noise from the street made the place not good for vacation and I will not comeback again

Location is perfect
Noisy because the window are not sound proof. The aircondition also noisy and dificult to sleep.

Staff are hospitable and caring. They always greet people with smile.
Room was big, clean and with comfortable sofa and beds. I slept well for 3 days. 😊 It has sturdy circular table. Ref is not smelly. Lights were kept dim.
Maybe the balcony. Hopefully, this may be included in the renovation or future plans to make it sturdy. It's a high risk for fall area,hence I locked my balcony doors and never spent time there to prevent accidents.
