the room was quite spacious

The breakfast starts too late for a work day and I had to fight with the personnel to be allowed to make a to go box of breakfast. Everyday I would get a dirty look for asking for it. Furthermore, I had to ask for the room to be made for two guests, even though we were two at checking and paid for two guests and they did it only for 3 days out 5. A few things were broken in the room: coffee maker, bathtub faucet, etc. The hotel is very very old looking and a new one is being build 2,5 m away from it. finally, no noise cancelling and horribly strong parfum all over the hotel. I can’t say I would recommend

The location was great, short walk to mall. The staff were exceptional. Hotel itself is sparkling and we will return as soon as possible, this is our new favorite hotel in Quito!

The beds were simply far too soft or a mattress, making sleep uncomfortable

I didn’t care for the pillows and would have liked a hand sprayer in the shower.

The staff was super friendly and attentive.

The construction noise didn't bother me, but it may bother others.
