The food is delicious, lots of choices for breakfast and dinner. Good location for skiing, near ski lifts. Helpful and polite staff.

The room we were in was a bit outdated (unlike those presented on booking).

The location is very good og hotel very clean. The food and staff was nice. The ski room was very good end equipped.

The rooms need renovation. A better relaxing space (like horizontal bench) in the spa would have been nice. A more children friendly option in dinner menu would improve the experience of the family .

Not enough pillows and would have been nice to have a social lounge to relaxe in. Other than that would not hesitate to return.

The room was spotlessly clean and big for a ski hotel. The bed was nice and big. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner, although clearly well budgeted, was plentiful and tasty. The staff were very able and helpful. Afternoon cake was an unexpected bonus!

The room was too hot even with the radiators off and the window open. This was reported and apparently they had turned the heating up after a fault so I shouldn't think this will be a problem in the future. The mattress was a little hard for my tastes but my wife thought it was fine. The bath was very clean but badly marked and needed re- enamelling. (Also reported) The room was functional but lacked style.
