Location, staff, breakfast and dinner and amenities were outstanding. We can not comment not the Spa/pool areas. Also really appreciated the easy access to ski lift tickets and rentals. As we didn't have a lot of time (only 1 day to ski) it made it super efficient and convenient.

Location close to Nasserein lift
First of all 180€/night for a single room half board is quite significant. would expect some quality for it.
What wasn’t ok was:
• food quality, especially the meat was poor. never had such low quality and poorly prepared meat in Tirol, even in way cheaper accommodation.
the sides were ok, the deserts good.
• the room was facing the road with little traffic however,
•• chatty people gathering in front till around midnight
•• chatty pedestrians till around 3am every single night
•• no means by sleeping with open window if you are sensitive to noise.
• wafer thin walls.
•• could overhear congratulations in neighboring room.
•• sleeping sounds as if lying next to me
•• couple engaging...vivid details shared
• One wellness towel only, even for sauna where I would expect additional towels - for sure at this price level
•• comfortable sauna cabins
•• too small relaxation space.

It’s a family business. Clients are welcomed, cared for and helped, nothing is too much trouble.
It’s a mix of tradition, old and new.
Excellent food, excellent service.
Wonderful wellness facilities.
A perfect position in the village to access all facilities and access the mountains.
Fast lifts to all floors after a tiring day in the mountains are very welcome.

the dinner was amazing and staff very kind and helpful
the breakfast was not same level as dinner but was just average.

Very unfriendly foreign staff. Despite many requests of guests who stayed there for the TransAlpine Run, an early breakfast was hardly possible. Had to call in assistance of manager, but still we and other guests had to wait. Cost a lot of stress for all runners.

The hotel is very nice and cozy, spa and swimming pool are great and the new side of the hotel is really beautiful, nice rooms and great views all over the place. Receptionist and waiters are super nice and helpful.
What they call the “basic rooms” on the “old side” of the hotel are not the best rooms. We booked them cuz they seemed nice and cozy but they had some flaws and need renovation. When we told the staff about mattress and other issues, they solved the problems right away.
Dogs are allowed at the hotel but not at the hotel restaurant, kind of contradictory. Again, they solved the problem putting us in another side of the hotel to have breakfast or dinner, however it felt weird to be separated from other guests.

Very nice breakfast. Lovely atmosphere. Dinner was also excellent. Nothing to claim.

We loved this hotel and the area. The staff are polite, helpful and brilliant. From the moment we arrived, with breakfast and a meal in the restaurant until we left they was brilliant. The wellness centre is absolutely fantastic, the pool has a wow factor with the sliding doors that open up, being able to swim while having a beautiful view of the snowy mountains. The saunas are ideal. The hotel is very clean, our room had a balcony with a view of the mountains, the river and a waterfall. The town is perfect.
Nothing we didn’t like.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The reception staff were both friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable, with a balcony and a lovely view of the mountains. The pool is a big plus, also with a lovely view of the mountains. And the hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of Sankt Anton, but only a short (salutary) walk from the centre.
The coffee at breakfast is a bit weak, but I suppose you can’t please everyone.
