Everything was clean and when needed the staff responded immediately.

I was put in a room that was recently renovated. I have stayed here 4 times and the renovation is a definite downgrade. I would not stay here again unless I got one of the old room with CARPET. The new renovations are cheap and tacky.

El desayuno muy variado y siempre disponible todos los productos. La vista de la habitación y del restaurantes, muy lindas. El personal muy atento y de muy buena disposición.

Podrían mejorar (para un público mayor), indicar el funcionamiento de las luces y cortinas.

The bartender was fabulous. We had some issues with my daughter not being taken care at breakfast. But they were very apologetic at the end Great service overall

The location is invaluable!!

The hotel is under major renovation work and the noise is annoying, no matter which floor you stay at. However, when completed is going to be a stunning place to stay!

Someone stole money from my hand wallet in my room while I had breakfast. I didn’t report it because I’m too busy to make drama… but each day I must lock everything with key in my suitcase.

I loved the service and location. Eduardo was amazing and tended to all our needs.

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed, beautiful lobby. Overall great experience

If I had to pick something, rooms could have better soundproofing. Luckily most nights were fine but the final night there were many people who checked in late on my floor, and I could hear lots of noise directly next door while neighbors unpacked late at night. I'm very sensitive to noise so wanted to share if that might be helpful
