the room felt a bit cheap and cramped, for the price

location was great! Clean rooms, wonderful staff and had a wonderful breakfast selection.

The hotel was in a great location, the breakfast was average, the staff were very friendly. We asked for a late checkout and the hotel was very accommodating, they provided us with (additional cost) to one of the pool rooms. That room was beyond all expectations.

The bathroom/toilet was so small

The staff went out of our way to facilitate requests for various taxi and excursions that my daughter and I did.

Noice travelled easily through the area, so if someone was loud in the common areas it was easy to hear.

location was great for the value. we did not have a caldeirão view, but the hotel is 5 minutes walk from it.

excellent location - near Fira town but with plenty of private outdoor space lovely pool area and outside bar / restaurant- great staff here. enough space for plenty of Sun loungers. very clean and well looked after

the breakfast area is a bit dated and soulless there are lots of food options but the warm options are more room temperature the room we had had a wet room style shower and the floor gets flooded. sadly the drain doesn’t quite work so something to clear the water other than doing it with your feet would be good. the rooms have next to no shelves for storage.

The location was great and so convenient. We took a local bus from the ferry and were thinking we would taxi to the hotel but it was just 400 feet away. It was nice and close to town and the grocery and pharmacy across the street were a plus. The breakfast buffet was amazing. So many choices and the staff was very attentive.

Room size and especially the Bathroom

Breakfast was excellent and the dining room staff did a great job. The location, cleanliness and comfort made this a great stay.

The hot tub, one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, was not hot at all. it was lukewarm and therefore not servicable.

room has good size, and they have good breakfast with some new things every day. The location is excellent, which is 5 mins to the local bus stops takes you to other villages. Fira is the centre point of the local bus, so it is very convent. it is also just minutes away from restaurants and shops. the jacuzzi is nice. I disagree with other review saying it is always cold. initially for us it is also cold, but if you ask them to turn up the temperature, the stuff is very helpful. interior of the hotel itself is quite nice.

Wifi is not very poor, after we checked with the stuff, it improves a bit, but in short, you need to sit outside. I think the hotel needs to invest in to get wifi routers in the room, which shall resolve the issues. the hotel is next to the road, so if your room is right at edge of the complex, it can be a bit noisy.
