Ski in and ski out hotel and very nice spa. The hotel restaurants food presented us with very nice dinners. Also the hotel has very easy access to shops and restaurants.

I really didn't like the coffee machine as it hardly worked properly and we had to buy capsules for it at reception for £1 each. Not sure why this has been done like this but for a 4 star hotel I don't think it's excaptable!

Location, modern, room well equipped, good facilities

Residence formula confusing. Hotel supplies 7 dishwasher tablets but only 2 rolls of toilet paper and one bin liner for the week. At 200+ EUR per night it is ridiculous to have to go to a supermarket to buy toilet paper! Inconsiderate guests in the pool and sauna, go early if you want to enjoy it.

We stayed in a self catering apartment. Spacious enough for a family of four. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ski in/ski out location. Perfect to explore Les Menuires and 3 Valleys.

Lack of wall or door mounted hooks for ski jackets.

location was great but all in all quite basic. except the staff which is A+!!

good location, easy to find, and very practical in terms of organization and flow. even though it was fully booked it wasn't hectic at all.

It was freezing cold at night, so I tried to turn on the radiator but the hotel control the entire heating system. I complained it but nothing much changed.

Right by the piste and very quick access to Reberty, Doron and Pointe de la Masse lifts. Sauna, steam room and pool are nice.

Carpets in the room looking a little tired with some stains. Boot room wasn’t very well heated so boots didn’t dry out well overnight.
