This hotel is pure amazing! I cant believe is only 1 star! Everything in room was BRAND NEW and EXTREMELY CLEAN !!! The bathroom was PERFECTLY CLEAN - PERFECTLY! I really enjoyed my stay there; the hotel is located absolutely BY THE BEACH - when you leave it you are on the main pedestrain walk and after that is the beach! The stuff is friendly, smiled, helpfull! Thank you so much for the great days and the comfartable enviroment.

service was excellent. beach was right in front. meals were good, staff were always friendly and efficient. location is excellent. hotel was clean and modern.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room had a sea view and it was very refreshing. The breakfast selection was great and we enjoyed it. The property is a 15 min walk to the center and is on a really nice beach. The hosts were very friendly.

Frini is very nice hotel with perfect location in Chania! I liked everything from the kind personal to the tasty breakfast that was served every morning!

Perfect location, next to the beach and only 15 minutes from the old town. Family run hotel, everyone working here is friendly. Breakfast is good, room/ bathroom is cleaned each day. I recommend to stay.here, good value for your money.

The staff is really friendly and ready to help or just for a chat. I felt welcome from day one. The housekeeping is very good. And make an extra effort by folding towels in a shape and my pyjamas too. Breakfast was lovely. A lot of choice.

Basically every door I used I had problems with. The front door of the hotel is difficult to open. The same goes for my room door. And my room door was also making noise when I had the balcony door open. My shower door made a high pitched noise when closing or opening. Due to the rubber underneath that rubbed against the glass I believe. And I hate the fact that it is allowed for people to smoke on their balconies. I get sick of the smell and had to close my balcony door whenever someone smoked near my room.

We travelled with our 1 year old baby and the staff of the hotel made us feel at home. Maria helped us prepare baby food, the location was excellent, the hotel was very clean. If we'll be back in Chania, we know where to stay.

Friendly small hotel in a fantastic location.

We stayed mid May and the restaurant wasn't open other than breakfast, but will open for high season. There are plenty within a very short distance though.
