The rooms were spacious, clean and well equiped. Kitchen is a good size. Beds very soft.
The shower screens leak no matter which way you stand in the shower (Frameless)!. The shower recess is on the small side.

Staff at check in were excellent. Room was big and clean. Location easy right near the highway
The bathroom window didn’t have a screen and when opened could have been climbed through. There was also no blind on the bathroom window which faced an open area

The location was good for continuing on our travels the next day.
The room was big and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant attached to the Mercure was fantastic. We had dinner there the night we stayed and the food and service was excellent.
The floor of the bathroom was very cold.

A winnebago was in the carpark and its generator turn on at 3am and stayed on for ages keeping me awake.

Very uncomfortable mattress-too soft and toilet seat was too small for the toilet bowl

everything was great. Only one small thing to mention is that there was a new shower head installed but there was still the old rail and it didn't fit in properly so kept falling down whilst showering.

Staff were excellent, the room was spacious, clean, and the bathroom towels were surprisingly large.

We booked a group for a birthday party and farewell to my daughter returning to canada her last night in australia via booking.com who took our money and refused to cancel we rang the mercure and we was refused to cancel
We found out the restaurant was not open after taking our money and refused to let us cancel or postpone 3 weeks before and was refused
We were forced to stay in a venue without food its false advertising on booking.com which says you have a restaurant
