The location,staff,food,service,rooms,pools everything was perfect....

Superb location for watching the sunset. Beautiful Sandy coral beach in front of the hotel where turtles constantly pop up! The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and always smiling. We loved it and will definitely return.

We loved everything about the property. Lovely room, staff and meals.

Perfect location next to the reef for snorkeling with turtles and for the sunset, excellent food for breakfast and at dinner, lovely swimming pool area, and the mattress was super comfortable. Love the outdoor shower too! This hotel was a great find. In particular the staff were very friendly and professional and went out of their way to help me. Will be back, thank you Mahamaya!

the restaurant is superb . snorkeling is great. spotted turtles every single day. the staff are just great.

the rooms could use some updates . but I can fully understand that financial resources need to be improved after the COVID years.

Being able to just get in the water and start snorkeling without the need of renting a boat. The food was very nice, and the staff was brilliant!

I know it is hard to maintain buildings near the seaside, so it was quite expected to find some humidity marks in the bathroom walls. I had a pool side suite, so no seaview, I noticed they offer very few options with seaview.

This beachfront property is amazing for snorkelling! Avoid crowded guided tours, swim before breakfast or before sunset and see all turtles and underwater attractions by yourself. We were lucky enough to see many turtles, a sting ray, and a small black tip shark. Resort provides masks, fins, kayaks, and bikes for free. Breakfast a la carte is fantastic, higher quality than other resorts. Staff are above and beyond helpful, truly so kind, friendly, happy people! Peaceful and relaxing resort - max 12 suites. Some times of the day it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Free water cooler in the room with reusable water bottles to stay hydrated and reduce waste. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great attention to detail. Really wonderful, would highly recommend, and will most definitely be returning in the future.

Not the strongest wifi connection but that is to be expected on a remote island. Used this as a reminder to turn off social media, disconnect, and be present in the moment, enjoying our vacation!

The shower and suite was nice .

gym is terrible, the staff are lazy, rude, and no interest in helping you or working if I'm honest . breakfast for that price very poor .

the pool was dirty 2 times, last 2 days they had to shut down one of the pools. my kids had ear infection after being in the pool.

The staff are lovely, friendly and really attentive. Free water was supplied in our room, which was so great. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. The beef rendang at dinner was incredible!

The rooms are a little bit tired and could do with a refresh.

We loved Gili Meno and the remote island feeling. We were so satisfied with Mahamaya. The beach front location and the hospitality of the people working there. They made our stay truly memorable and we will definitely come back. Thank you Mahamaya for an amazing time with you all

Wi-Fi was not the best. But not a problem for us

Staff were exceptional and super friendly. Location is perfect. Beautiful reef right out the front. Got to swim with sea turtles every morning. Restaurant and food were amazing.

The food, drinks and rooms rate are very overpriced. Service is not great. Takes a long time to get the order. Breakfast is bit under average.

Very nice and comfortable stay, extremely helping and friendly staff with excellent English, the sea was right in a minute on foot. Staff provided us with masks and fins, bicycles, canoe, everything we wanted. Hotel is very nice looking, really very comfortable beds, I slept like a baby. I’d definitely come back. 10/10

The beach was perfect, it was safe for kids to swim. The hotel villa was clean and nice. Despite the effect of pandemic, the area was very quiet which suit us. The staff was really helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist. I couldnt remember his name, but he's very good and helpful.

The swimming pool needed to be cleaned regularly as leaves went to the bottom of the pool. Also the beach needed to be cleaned from the plastic waste, seemed the waste came from the sea ended up at the shore, that's why the beach needs to be cleaned regularly as well. Meanwhile the menu options need to be improved and have more varieties. However it as probably because of the pandemic and they just reopened the resort when we came visit.

wifi could have been better

We love everything about Mahamaya. We stayed four nights for our honeymoon. Every staffs are neat, kind, friendly but also prefessional. The location right in front of the beach was wonderful. The Restaurant is the best of the island. We didn' have to worry about where to go for every meal because it has wonderful restaurant and even affordable! The room is always clean, and smells good even in the bathroom. Mahamaya made our honeymoon wonderful, we couldn't ask for more. We'll definitely visit Gili Island again all because of Mahamaya!
