El hotel era increíble, el desayuno buenísimo y muy variado y el restaurante para comer o cenar era de verdad de máxima calidad y muy bien de precio.
No me gustó que se equivocaron en 2 ocasiones y el servicio de habitaciones entró a mi habitación estando yo dentro y sin permiso.

Amazing rooms, perfect breakfast and amazing rooftop pool! Very good and helpful staff! Location was perfect! Right by the metro station, 10 min to city centre with the metro and 15 min to the airport with the metro. Perfect location for Barcelona!

Thank you for this stay. It’s was perfect. All the services were professional and delighted, they all made my stay perfect.
Thanks to the night front desk agent who welcomed me and helped me with taxi and wake up call. Thanks to Sadiq at the restaurant for his kindness. And thanks to all the team. It’s a 5 stars hotel with 5 stars quality. I’m for sure coming back

expected that the breakfast was in the price.. but it seems that it was misscommunication. closing time of the roof top bar is too soon

The pool was great, the rooms and hotel so unique. It was clean and the breakfast was great. location for us was good.
shame the roof terrace was closed on out departure morning as we loved it up there.

Pools close too early for people on vacation, was not a good experience to hear you must leave the indoor pool as early as 10pm

Swimming pool was closed rooftop bar was closed they didn’t tell me that when I call after I book it en checked in they told me that it is closed :( I was and I’m still disappointed

the property was nice and clean and good location for metro etc
hotel was very well decorated and nice throughout
facilities not all working for duration of stay, indoor pool closed all the time and roof top pool closed first morning apparently for cleaning
also room had no body wash in dispenser on day we arrived and still none on day we left
beds very hard !
