The location of the hotel is perfect for hiking. It's an older hotel and not necessarily in a charming way. It mostly just outdated. The staff is very friendly and if you just need a place to sleep and want a great hiking experience, this is the place to be.

The plateau is great, what I wanted to experience. The air is so clean. The place is so quiet, besides sheep, no one is there. Great for relaxing. The pre-order dinner and wine were great.

No coffee, no food, no shop, nothing at all. I did not bring anything with me, so I had to tight on my stomach til dinner time. We all dine at the same time. The shower is poor because the room cost 1400kroner per night. The sheep were there so their feces are everywhere around the hotel main door and surrounding.....so flies are all over the place on our body and face..........

Excellent location. Easy walks up and into total wilderness. Beginning of July and rather dry walks, some beautiful snow spots and lots of flowers and colorful plants. Good road all the way. If you travel from Oslo you can have water view 80% of the trip. Nice social distance and a breakfast plenty of everything brought to your table upon order, included. Very nice views over the lakes and snow mountains from room and restaurant.

Nothing so much. Even if summer dress for wind and rain and rather cold. It shifts sudden. But when sun paradise.
