The staff service is excellent and they are very attentive.

It would be nice if breakfast is included in the package.

1.Water leakage from sinks of tap water. So the basin is always soak, some water around the tap water. 2.Trash need to do close lid trash. Not open trash. Black ants come to the trash, when they got smell of food. I suggests to modify the trash with close lid. 3.My room telephone is not working. So I cannot call the car. The telephone line is always busy and always automatic reply recorded.

The over-all feel of Karuizawa Prince West is what made me decide to bring my family this June. The first time was in mid-November when I was able to experience the beautiful Autumn scenery that the resort had to offer. A huge resort hotel and convenience at your doorsteps as they have a free shuttle bus that whisks you around the whole Seibu properties. Our room was quiet and relaxing. Although it took a long walk from the reception desk to our room as the property was huge. The Onsen was also a welcome bonus and very clean with luxurious resort-like ambiance. Staff has been quite accommodating. My kids tried their open tennis court at the end of spring/early summer and the temperature was cool enough that they enjoyed their experience.

Restaurants inside the hotel are very pricey but there is a convenience store inside the resort for snacks. The Outlet Mall with a variety of selection of food choices is a also good alternative.

The bed was hard and the property is quite old.
