Hotel staff were friendly and helpful

Booking arrangements were not managed properly between booking.com and the hotel. Air conditioning didn't work for at least 30 minutes after checkin. The bed had a clip that wouldn't stay put. The bed would literally come unhooked at the slightest thump on the bed.

Food was EXCELLENT!! no matter if it’s breakfast or lunch. We did not eat dinner because we were full from breakfast and lunch buffets. The wait staff is warm and friendly. The grounds were immaculate and there was security all around. The front office staff was very nice. The tennis court access was refreshing, too. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean.

The bed was not too comfortable, mattress sinking on one side.

Hotel was trying to cheat me. After one month they cancel on the booking one room and they said it's no show. We had 2 rooms booked. I have to waste time and deal with the supoort and i have invoice as proof.
