They cancelled my reservation the afternoon before my arrival, saying they had a problem with the booking. They “offered” a room in their partners hotel Maysi saying they were giving us an upgrade, a good suite with sea view. We were 3 people. they literally put three single beds together, there was no space to open our hand luggages, very small, it was horrible!! they probably cancelled our reservation so they could rent for a higher price to someone else. honestly, very poor service.

Suites are super modern, rain shower in the bathroom, a coffee maker (needs pods) in the kitchen and a giant bed. Not all facilities on formentera are so modern so these apartments are a bit of a hidden gem, plus you're two minutes from the beach. Also, there's an ironing board/iron just in case you do need to smarten up.

good position close to the Migjorn beach (300 mt) and the Pacha bar restaurant (expensive but the mojito and the bellota ham were fantastic...plus the view). the apartment is a part of a group of 4 and if you have families with children then it could be noisy in the morning :-). a good surprise you can use the cabana and the pool of the Maysi Hotel for free (depending on the occupation) which belongs to the same owner in case you want to avoid the beach hot temperature or the sand :-).

would be nice to have a proposal option with a kind o independent apartment (adult only like)

The location was great, within walking distance to the beautiful beach of Migjorn.

That the Aircon did not work and there was no hot water

Staff and location

No hot water untill 11pm. Rooms with a lot of damages, doors didn't close, shower had fungus, painting on the walls with holes, the pillows are not good sleeping pillows. Reception is far away from the apartment and they don't offer you a transportation for your luggage.

The location.

- The rooms are badly isolated: humidity and noise from other apartments is a constant. - Spanish TV channels are the only ones available. - The cleaning was not accurate. - In general, overpriced for the value offered.

Very clean. Nice apartment.
