Awesome hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. the water pressure in the shower is next level. decent gym, pool and conference area

Almost got stuck on the 18th floor. Elevator stopped working. thankfully staff let me use the service one to get down. I feel like I should have had stair access though?

The trip was amazing. Great staff, especially happy to have met young Omar and Juan. Two teenagers that were so helpful and polite for our entire weekend stay. They also speak fluent and were so helpful always.

The rooms smelled damp, possibly mildew, and the AC struggled to keep the room cold. They need to seriously work on the humidity in the hotel.

Breakfast was satisfactory but very few items to choose from.

No free parking for guest, all guest had to pay $10.00 per night for parking and you had to retreave your vehicle by 12 pm or be charged an extra fee..

The room was much bigger than expected. The room service was always very good and delivered in a timely manner. The gym was great. Very big with a great selection of equipment. The pool area was spacious. During the week it was nice and quiet with plenty of places to sit. On the weekends it could get (understandably) a bit rowdy. The room was nice and quiet. Great view. Excellent WiFi

The air conditioning was very loud. The shower temperature would change on its own accord from time to time.

room service failed the first attempt. we were charged for Covid tests at $75 per person when other hotels offered it for free. the entire room reeked of mold and gave us a perpetual headache. broken door where the fridge was. offered an espresso maker but we had to pay for the espresso if we wanted any. not a good hotel and certainly not worth the stay. Do not recommend this place.

The breakfast and the staff at the restaurant are excellent. In fact, the room service staff was excellent as well. This was the best part of our stay. The room layout was great. The location is central, and easy to get around PA from. The value is good as well.

The hotel is understaffed big time. The Valet has 1 person for the whole hotel. This mean you wait an average of 20 to 30 min for your car. The front desk has staff but in my experience only one person would handle guests while the other staff members talked to each other and ignored the guest line build up. The bathrooms in the rooms are nice layouts, but not cleaned well. The corners and the floors of the bathrooms are dirty and poorly cleaned. Its a newer hotel but the dirt is starting to build up.

I liked how helpful and friendly the staff is. Cleanliness of the hotel. The city view. The pool is beautiful.

The iron max wasn’t hot enough. I couldn’t figure out how to use blow dryer.
