Nicola is a very friendly host who is always willing to help.. The location is great. Breakfast was very nice. It's was a perfect choice.

The manager was great - he took time when we arrived to go over a map of town. He pointed out ATMs, grocery stores, restaurants with typical food, etc and was quick to respond to all communication. Each unit had a big box with stuff to take to the beach: chairs, unbrellas, games, etc. Big patio with comfortable furniture. Drying rack on deck.. Comfortable beds. The common kitchen was nice. There were bottles of frozen water in the freezer that could act as an icepack to go to the beach.
We couldn't use the new stove/oven in the common kitchen.

loved our private balcony (blue room) and Nicola was really kind! very clean and was able to use the refrigerator in the kitchen, as well as utensils and plates etc.

We had a lovely stay at Nicolas place!
The check-in went smoothly just as the communication with Nicola who helped ous with every question we had and who gave us lots of recommendations and suggestions!
The room was perfect! It was big with a nice bathroom and a private part of the verande which is shared with another room.
Sadly because of Covid we couldn't have breakfast in the B&B itself, but got a coupon for a breakfast in a restaraunt right around the corner which consists of a hot beverage, something small to eat and a glass of water (typical sardinian breakfast).
The room was cleaned every day and if needed the towels were replaced every day too!
There were umbrellas, chairs and games for the beach, which was awesome.
10/10 would recommend and stay there again!

The place is perfect, clean, well thought and equipped simply, but with everything you may need during your holidays to be comfy. The host is flexible, welcoming and helpful, gave us a lot of good advices. Definitely recommended :)

The breakfast was really great: homemade sweets and coffee made by our host every morning !
Amazing hospitality from Nicola, the host: He gave to us a lot of tips of restaurants and beaches around and even supermarkets around. One day we asked him if he has a iron for clothes on Whatsup and he appeared at our door in maximum 30 minutes since we asked him to bring an iron and an ironing table. Very prompt at all our needs!
Also the terrace outside is very nice even if you split it with another room quests. Each room had their own table on the terrace .
The location is central.
Nicola was very friendly and he is the best host! We recommend him to everybody that want to stay at his place. You won't regret !
You need to split the kitchen with other guests that were staying in the apartment but it didn't bother us.
Parking is free around on the streets around the apartment. But be careful where you park as there are very narrow streets.
