Some staff are hostile & not too hospitable . Concierge lady March 28 mid-morning Didnt get her name. Mr Rodel is rated A, very professional though.

Malfunctioning sink water doesn't drain! TV remote doesn't work so we couldn't choose a channel?

The room was quite big room and the bed huge (but not that comfortable). Bathroom was okay. The breakfast is okay, not amazing quality (bones bits in the corned beef) but decent, and the main dishes changed every morning. Close to SM City Mall.

The hotel is incredibly noisy. It was written on the Booking hotel description that is was soundproof, but it is not at all!! You can hear every single noise from the corridor (and there are many noisy guests), as well as the noise from the street. There's also a ballroom on the 5th floor with parties, weddings and so on. Don't expect to sleep before 2-3am on a Saturday night... The room's atmosphere was really cold and not pleasant. The fridge wasn't really cold and there was no way to change the level. The wifi almost never worked. The TV was really small. On the description page, it's written that "the staff at the 24-hour reception can assist with (...) laundry" which is completely misleading! Laundry is NOT available, even though there was a plastic bag labelled 'laundry' in the room..?! I don't understand. It's not cool, especially when you choose a place based on this criterion. The breakfast room is really small for all the guests. And I saw a cockroach on the breakfast counter... Eww The staff were okay but if you need some information before coming, don't count on it. They didn't check my messages on Booking nor the email I sent one week before my trip. They finally replied back... on the last day of my trip, so I obviously didn't need the info anymore.

Expectations does not match with the reality of the rooms. The rooms looks very old and outdated used which is a pity that it is quite new .

extra towel cost 100 pesos and the surroundings and no proper information from the dest from check in to breakfast system. Therés no space for all the guests to have breakfast a bit of kaos as so many guests moving around and the lobbyn is very tiny. Rooms outdated curtains and broken hair dryer only 1 toilet paper so under the basic standard. The pictures of the hotel website does not much the reality of the hotels facilities.

construction nearby which goes throughout the night breakfast was ok but nothing special room can be cleaner, st only 2 lifts serving the hotel, one broke down during our stay..
