The location is good. Francesca is really helpful , she gave me really useful advice. Breakfast us really good. The room was spacious and the terrace to have breakfast is cute.

There is nothing in the rooms such as kettle , neither tea or Coffee as a complimentary staff.

Best nice terrace to have breakfast. The host Francesca is easy to reach and gives you info that you need. Clean and comfortable. Close enough to the city/beach

Fantastic choice! The staff are super friendly at this family owned B&B. They are very accommodating and allowed me to check in early (11:30am). The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s in a excellent location, walking distance to the beach, train station major landmarks, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was superb with an enormous spread and some special home made sweets della mamma (from the mother). Francesca the owner would chat with me at breakfast, a delightful way to meet the locals. I would definitely staff here again.
