The hotel staff were amazing, friendly and super pleasant. We even lost my daughter's necklace there and they kept looking for it till they found it. The chefs were super nice, the beach is amazing, talk about white sand, everyone there is just really nice.

We stayed in beachfront room , check in/out was so quick and easy we loved the welcome drink that was so delicious , all staff is n hotel premisis are friendly , helpfull and very welcoming , food in resturnat served in breakfast and dinner was good in term of variaty and quality , thanks to all waiters in resturnat speacially mohamed and ragab, pool was good as well as the beach , life guards are so attentive , we enjoyed the water sports available on the beach. housekeeping service was so good , special thanks to ibrahim who made our room always neat and tidy, also big thanks to guest relation officer Ms . Norhan who was following up with us on daily basis to ensure that we are having comfortable stay in the hotel.

staff are very cooperative and helpful ,the beach and pool were nice ,animations every day were very good ,lots of green areas ,I liked most that they daily check any problem in the accomodation and solve as soon as possible

I love the place, this is my second visit to the resort , it is very quit and beautiful, the sea was amazing and the beach was very clean, the weather was extremely beautiful although the weather was steaming all over Egypt, the resort has well kept fascinating gardens that added more depth to the natural palette of colors, definitely I will be back again god welling!

some facilities needs attention specifically the Gym, the equipment there are in bad condition!

Nothing! Everything about this place is just perfect. I just have two recommendations: please consider adding a chiffon curtain to the windows so we can enjoy the view with some privacy, also the windows definitely need mosquito net to prevent any flies, bugs or mosquitoes.

Good for both breakfast and dinne . Also, the beach is very brautiful ,clean and a geat view, and the sand is wanderful and the workers on it are excellent in their performance especially Mr Fouad . Also, all the stuff's in the caesar bay.

Everything is beautiful except if it is possible to overcome some of the flies in the restaurant.

the varieties, quality, service and hygiene were outstanding at the main restaurant. Ihab, the GM, is a remarkable management example. He had been around all time which is something not that much seen in Egypt's hotels/ resorts. The staff is so disciplined, cooperative and in strong adherence to hygiene.
