Close to town square. Warm. Easy to checkin and out.

It was raining when we stayed and other than wineries there’s not much to do around town in the afternoons. I was disappointed there was no Netflix or movie channels on Sky just the basic channels. The place had a funny smell to it as well and the couches were old and worn. The shower also just leaked all over the floor as soon as you turned it on.

Really spacious unit and private living spaces. comfy beds and good kitchen etc.

shower head was a bit rubbish. A privacy blind in the bedroom would be nice.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. Hairs on the top of the toilet and the bathroom mat was visibly mouldy. Apart from that everything else was fine.

Location, bed in bedroom was okay.

Would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor than the sofa beds. Mattress was so thin and every spring could be felt. The sheets on one had blood and the sheets on the other couch had rust stains. We booked for 3 adults, there was only two coffee mugs etc.

All seemed quite well designed for fit, quiet, and privacy. It had a good parking space too. The main living area was quite spacious for a couple and well equipped with a heat pump, 2 sofa/beds and a good sized TV with a theatre sound system. It also had wifi; which we didn't use. This accommodation definitely ticked the main box of being near the town center.

We were charged a cleaning fee for a property that needed attention. There were cobwebs and spiders in most ceiling corners. The mess of wires behind the TV was a potential fire risk. The yard was very scruffy and badly needed attention! Their charging system is broken. It took several emails to finally be charged for our stay. Despite providing us with a less than perfectly clean unit, they didn't waive the cleaning fee!

Location. Very quiet location and handy for the town centre.

Bathroom wasn't clean. The white plastic bath mat was black with mould, there were cobwebs in the corner of the window and the tops of the tiles and door handle was dirty. My wife cleaned it off with a sanitising wipe. The sound on the TV didn't work properly through the sound system. The previous occupants obviously had the same trouble as they had used the TV with captions.

proximity to Martinborough was great. comfortable accommodation😊

There were a few issues with this particular units cooking implements/ saucepans and electric frypan … no knobs on lids. Apart from that all good!
