It was a difficult 7 days, although the Condo its self was great. When we arrived we found the elevator not working, and we were on the 3rd level. We were told it would be fixed in a couple days. It was out of service our entire 7 day stay. It was said there were two pools, but One was empty the other was filled with algae
water. It was centrally located, easy to get around the area.

This is a great condo for an OBX getaway. The ocean views from the balcony are perfect -- we saw dolphins and various flights of birds. My sister and I had a great time. We had no problems cooking here -- we were amazed at all the cookware available and the great appliances. Also loved being able to watch Jeopardy and movies when we wanted -- TV was great. This is a perfect location on the OBX, close to anything you could need. Elevator to the top floor, for the win! We'd love to stay at this place again.

We wanted to stay at a condo with a balcony right on the beach. We looked for the right place and this condo had 2 bedrooms with a nice sized bed in each room. The condo was well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. The experience was fantastic.

It's located in a quiet residential area but still close to activities. Plenty of parking. Even a wagon to help get our luggage to the condo so we didn't have to make so many trips. I stepped inside and it took my breath away at how beautiful it was. It was just my adult daughter and I. We each had our own bedroom with connected bathroom. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Great pictures. Everything was clean and comfortable. The perfect place for us to spend Christmas. We didn't want to leave. From now on this will be our go to place. Can't wait to go again.

This condo was clean, well stocked, very comfortable and perfectly located to head in any direction from Nags Head. Beautiful view from the balcony over the ocean. Had everything we needed. A great spot! Really enjoyed our stay there!
Just be aware the elevator shuts down for a few minutes every hour to reheat the oil, so be patient if you are loading or unloading. Happened to me both times but was ready every other time.

The place was awesome. Clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Had an issue with the elevator that I reported and they had so eone there the next morning. Super responsive!!!. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, preferably when warmer.

It was a super location in a cute condo! Loved the beautiful view from the bed in the morning, you see the sun rise! The balcony was perfect and loved the tall chairs to sit on. The only thing we were not happy about was the uncleanliness. The coffee maker and Keurig were very dirty. So, my husband was not happy about having to go out for his coffee in the morning. We wanted extra blankets because I was a little chilly, but the extra blankets were dirty and laying balled up on the closet floor, in both rooms. Everything was super dusty, I run my finger across the dining room table and left an obvious line from the amount of dust lying there. And there was black mold on the inside lining on the shower curtain. I had more, but VBRO would not let me include it.

The condo is spacious, incredibly clean and well appointed. Our host James was super accommodating and an excellent communicator. The view and location were perfect! The balcony was a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and enjoy our morning coffee. Although the weather didn’t quite cooperate our first couple of days, we got to relax on the comfy sof and still enjoy the great ocean-front view. Looking forward to another trip to OBX and renting this condo!

The condo is overall great! Location is fabulous and the condo is beautifully furnished. This year there were some cleanliness issues in the second bathroom and a couple of minor issues with the second bedroom. Just needs a little more attention. Also I cook when we are there and the kitchen could use some additional dishes, including serving dishes.
I love this condo and hope to come back. These suggestions are intended to make a great rental even better!

The ocean view with the balcony was perfect along with perfect weather. All our needs and expectations were met. Easy parking, beach access and access to the condo with an elevator to the top floor.
We highly recommend the Blue Moon Beach Grill for lunch or dinner. Reservations are hard to get.

got to watch the Eagles on TV, views were perfect, but no swimming signs out for our last two days due to hurricane Lee.

We’ve stayed at PierView multiple times and have always had a good experience. This condo though stands out.It’s been beautifully renovated and decorated. We didn’t want to leave!

We really enjoyed our time here. The view was amazing and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beach is not overcrowded and the sand is super soft. We had everything we needed and it was clean. We have already booked for next year!

Great location on the beach and several restaurants.Very quiet building, true to the pictures online. Well equiped kitchen, beds very comfortable, very clean on arrival with beach chairs provided. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed the location in every way. It was close to places we needed to shop. It was close to places we wanted to tour. The beach access and view was about as good as you will ever get.
It had elevator access that helped us check in and check out.
Having helpful staff nearby if we had questions was a definite plus for us.

My sister and I rented this condo for a sister week touring lighthouses and seeing wild horses. Nags Head is centrally located and this condo is right on the beach and walking distance to Jeanette's Pier. With two master bedrooms, both with an ensuite, and one with sliding doors to the deck, this place was perfect! Fully equipped kitchen and a big dining table, spotless, plus a stackable washer/dryer combo...everything we needed. And so close to restaurants and grocery stores. We are already planning to return!

Beachfront condo that was really beautiful and well equipped. It could have been a bit cleaner, however. Overall, our time in this condo was perfect! Nothing could be better than to wake up to the sunrise and the sounds of the ocean. Thank you!!

My mom and I came to stay for a girl's trip. The owner was very responsive and answered my questions within minutes. The condo was clean and beautifully appointed. The location couldn't be beat. We loved our stay and plan to come back next year! I highly recommend!

We loved our stay in late March. It was still just barely offseason but we very much enjoyed our time with this as a home base. We were still able to enjoy the beach right outside. We also did spot dolphins the first evening when we arrived. The place is in great shape and has everything you need.

We hope to return to this property. Location is perfect for exploring the Outer Banks. The beds are comfortable. View is fabulous and we even saw whales today. The unit is well stocked and everything was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again.

We have stayed at this property multiple times in different condo's. We thoroughly enjoy it every time we go. This condo was great because it is on the top floor. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals when we wanted to cook. When I wanted to communicate with the owner about arrival times or whatnot, he was responsive, kind, and professional! We cannot wait to return!

We have rented this condo several times, and it never disappoints. Love the double wide glass doors from the living area to the oceanfront balcony. Pier View is a great location, and this unit is the best!
