I thought the hall is very crowded, too many golf carts in front of the entrance and also the wait at the breakfast has to be changed ! You hv an iPad let people reserve ahead of time.

Absolutely incredible hotel that offered the most amazing service from every staff member. The facilities were stunning from an adult’s only pool to a lazy river style pool that stretched around the whole property. It felt like we were in a little village! The food was absolutely to die for especially the pasta and steak sandwich! Everything about our 3 night stay was near on perfect.

The confectioneries weren’t the best in comparison to the overall experience. We had quite a few different sweets such as cookies and cakes that were quite tasteless

The location is great, close to lots of sights but still quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to make your stay better. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything you needed. The resort's beach is lovely, though it was quite windy when i was there, so i didn't spend as much time outside as i'd hoped. Despite the wind, I had a great time and would recommend the resort to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

It's a family-friendly place, so expect lots of kids around. Also, the rooms aren’t soundproof, which means you'll hear noise from outside. If you're looking for quiet, this might not be the best choice.

Ontbijt was heel erg goed, veel zwembaden plus een adult zwembad, personeel super, zeker receptie. En gelijk aan het mooie strand.

員工都非常熱情有禮，對小孩非常友善, 小孩在kid's room玩得非常開心 早餐豐盛好吃

房間shower地板非常滑,小孩第一天就摔一大跤 房間冷氣很大聲,半夜很擾人 小孩最後一天在泳池裡割傷腳指,建議再確認泳池裡的尖銳處

Der gesamte Staff war ausnehmend freundlich und jederzeit zuvorkommend! Manchmal kleine sprachliche Schwierigkeiten wurden durch die ausnehmend herzliche Art ALLER mehr als wett gemacht!

Nach meiner subjektiven Meinung eines der besten Hotels in Thailand in denen ich übernachten durfte! Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub/Aufenthalt in Thailand anstrebt ist in Hua Hin genau richtig, insbesondere in diesem Hotel. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Perfekter Service!!! Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist vielfältig; bestehend aus einem durch die gesamte Anlage verlaufenden Pool, einem ruhigen abgelegenen Pool, Bar in der Lobby und am Strand, Fitnessstudio, ein anliegendes Restaurant und direkter Zugang zum Strand. Vom Hotel - welches sehr zentral gelegen ist - ausgehend kann man Hua Hin sehr gut per Fuß erkunden; auch gerne über den Strand. Alternative Transportmöglichkeit um sich in Hua Hin herumfahren zu lassen: Tuk Tuk’s die einen direkt am Hotel abholen. „Sehr“ große und modern ausgestattete und designte (Superior) Zimmer! in denen man sich gerne mal tagsüber aufhält wenn es dem einen oder anderen zu „warm“ ist. Zusammenfassend ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel, welches ich wärmstens empfehlen kann! Nächstes mal immer wieder gerne!!!

Absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed a lot the pool that goes around the garden with our toddler as well as all the attractions.

F&B Manager (or maybe general manager not sure) was very accommodating to rectify a pricing issue on Breakfast

Food very overpriced compared with local alternatives. It would have been nicer to stay in the resort restaurants more

Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety, loved it. The room was sparkless clean as it should, mattress was very comfortable, stuff was super kind as always. Excellent Fitness center, with enough machines. The location is on the beach, very beautiful. also very close to Market Village Mall by foot, and other excellent places and massage. I will definitely come back!

For those who needs/love to stay in the room during the day.. our room was close to the children's pool and it was a bit loud (screaming happy kids).

There were a couple of staffs that were talking so loud while we were having breakfast. Instead of walking close to talk to each other they were shouting instead. You wouldn’t want to hear a loud noise in the morning right?

I did not like the check in. It seems that Booking.com and the Marriot have different info on room. I thought we booked for 3 persones the room but on arrival it was for two and the kid was charged instead. Also these vouchers for buffet is not done well. cancel it. there is no saving anyway. Further all was super. I missed an Italian restaurant or European one. Only Thai and seafood. but it was very good. Thanks.

good for family travel as there are so many activities you can join! Excellent pool and Market Village just next to you!

Welcome drink is very good, but guest can only try when we check in! I suggest it should give to customers once they request in the lobby
