Everything was neat and tidy and exceptionally clean. The staff was always courteous and went beyond adequate to superb. Sherry is incredible and that's not to say that others were not because in reality everyone I interacted with in my lengthy stay were employees I would love to hire and/or work alongside. Service oriented!

Honestly there is not one thing that I can complain about.

ARNAQUE...j'ai réservé cette hôtel d'après les appréciation emplacement ( au milieu d'une zone de style Favelas le dernier km était une route non asphalte, la chambre qui devait être plus grande que la moyenne faisait 9m2 salle d'eau comprise sans eau chaude l'ensemble du bâtiment et l'agencement non pas été revu depuis 40 ans. Etc...

The Restaurant was Upstairs which was Great and so was it’s Staff..

Die Unterkunft ist schnell vom Flughafen zu erreichen und liegt in trinidad recht zentral. Wir haben Sie für 3 Tage aus Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf der Insel genutzt. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und wurde auch jeden Tag gereinigt. Unserem Wunsch nicht jeden Tag neue Handtücher zu bekommen, wurde entsprochen (obwohl es eigentlich nach Aussage der Chefin zum Service gehört. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich (wie nach unserer Erfahrung fast alle Menschen in Trinidad und Tobago). In der obersten Etage ist ein Restaurant welches indisches Essen und Thaiküche anbietet und was phantastisch lecker ist.

NOTHING ! We arrived to find that our room was still occupied by the previous guests who hadn’t checked out. No other room was available so we were taken to another hotel. There there were no facilities in the room and a single sheet on the bed. We had to ask for a blanket as the room was quite cold. We had paid for breakfast at the original hotel but here the kitchen was out of action and we were told that breakfast would be brought to us the following morning. That didn’t happen as we had to leave to catch our connecting flight to Tobago before any breakfast arrived. A complete shambles. If this is typical of the island I would NOT recommend staying overnight in Trinidad but flying to Tobago directly if possible. Additionally the exchange rate used in converting our quoted hotel price in US Dollars, to TT Dollars was hugely favourable to the hotel such that we ended up paying more than expected. Very unpleasant experience.

General, the hotel is very comfy....I always enjoy my stay there, never really had any complains.

My reservation said breakfast was included, so I went for breakfast on the 13th only to be told it is not so....I was a bit embarrassed because had I known I would not have gone and made alternative arrangements. Anyways I paid my $70TT and had breakfast because I was not due to leave until 12pm. I don't know who to blame 'booking.com' or the hotel😔

The Chai Thai restaurant on the top floor does incredible food - well worth a visit even if you're not staying here. The service was great, and they do a wide range of drinks. The hotel itself is basic, but clean and functional. Comfy bed, hot shower and plenty of storage space. The staff were very accommodating, and the free shuttle to/from the airport (only a few minutes away) was appreciated.

There wasn't much choice for breakfast, but it was ok quality, and included in the price.
