ROOM SIZE & REVOLVING RESTAURANT

Hotel has claimed all payments on credit card before arrival. credit card was given just for security in case guest cancel at last moment. Hotel should have waited for payment to claim till guest arrival. I had paid all bill in cash & now after 5 days still waiting for credit card payment to return which is very inconvenient and no other hotel claim all payment before arrival.

location is good and staff was very polite.

food at the restaurant was not up to the mark.

-The Front Desk staffs were very welcoming and friendly. -The room were spacious and clean - Love the view of the mountain - Room Service food were delicious

- Breakfast place was a bit gloomy and dark - The breakfast spread

Nothing at all . Food and all was below average. At this price no extra bed was provided!

Extra charges for every little thing no cooperation from staff at all .

eMattresses were not comfortable

great location , good and courteous staff, they help you plan your itinerary as well. rooms are spacious extra bed could be put in easily. over all very satisfactory.

there was a foul smell in the bathroom may be exhaust fan could be installed

The hospitality is amazing. Appreciate the way they handled the busy weekends.
