Staff were very helpful and kind! Pool was lovely! Riad was close to center of town and convenient to walk to shopping and restaurants! Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean! Thank you for a nice stay!

Some scooter noise outside my room but not bad! No elevator so had to take my luggage up narrow steps!

I booked for Road Challa Restaurant and Spa. The hotel description talked about a restaurant and bar open from 12 till 11pm. The welcome message mentioned food and drinks available from 12 till 11pm. This was not true. There is no bar or restaurant. I was travelling with kids and we had a lot of days out planned. I picked this riad only because it served dinner. We wanted to be able to come back and have dinner at our hotel so I didn’t have to take kids out late at night. It ruined my whole stay. I would not have booked this road if they were honest about their services. The staff told me that they stopped doing food and drinks during Covid, so why was this still in the property description and why was it in my welcome message from the property? It really did ruin my stay. I couldn’t put my kids to bed and have drinks or food; I had to drag my kids out every night for dinner. I wish I had stayed somewhere else and I’m really angry that I had to pay the full cost for this riad because I did not get the services promised to me and it really affected my enjoyment of my holiday. I just really wish I had picked a different hotel with a restaurant. Also, room cleanliness. We had a room for 4. We were given 3 glasses on the table and these glasses were never changed. I was rinsing them every day but by the end of the week, they were just dirty and still were not changed or cleaned. I put them in the bathroom and hoped the staff would see and change them but they just left them there. Fresh towels left in our room also had toothpaste stains on them, so looked like they had been dried from another room but not actually washed.

The pool, the breakfast, the staff, the location. Pool was lovely and warm and more like a big hot tub with jets. Breakfast was excellent, the coffee was great and available throughout the day. When we asked for another room the staff were very accommodating. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again

Rooms facing the street can be quite noisy. Unavoidable in a busy city like Marrakech

The architecture is lovely at the property but the way where is based is very unsafe. However, the smell on our room was very unpleasant, mouldy and cold.

Beautiful riad in an excellent location. The ladies at the front desk are top notch professionals and were extremely flexible, helpful and accommodating. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Our bathroom shower was installed in a manner that flooded the bathroom, which became slippery. All the windows look into the courtyard, which made for a very loud night.

Very friendly and helpfull stuff and the location is perfect! It looks exactly like shown at the pictures which is really nice!

Unfortunately, there was some clearly visible mold in my room and it smelled of mold accordingly. Apart from that everything was clean.

The riad was gorgeous! The staff was friendly, and the service was terrific. Everyone helped us and gave us tips and advice while roaming around Marrakech. The receptionist (Rokaya) hoped I spelt it correctly, she was accommodating, and her smile gave us positive vibes and made us comfortable. The Riad itself is a beau! They have a rooftop, and you can eat breakfast there starting at 07:30-11:00. They also have a pool where you can swim, and the water is warm. We came here the first week of January. Our room was comfortable, spacious and what we needed. The only thing that bothered us was the doorknob of our toilet 😅 there was always a problem whenever we used the bathroom. We always struggled to open it from the inside. Aside from that, everything was excellent! I would definitely recommend Riad Challa. It’s just near the square. 👏🏻

There is loads of places around the corner for breakfast which we enjoyed using instead of the riads.

I paid my taxes by card and it went through straight away as I had a notification. They didn't seem to believe me at the reception despite my showing them on my app. I had to get in touch with my bank who than gave me a reference number to show them. I would not use my card at this specific riad after this. Also I was approached a month before I travelled to pay the full amount despite my picking the option of paying by card just before my arrival. Luckily I got in touch with booking.com who than made enquiries and came back that their account had been hacked. I couldn't understand why the riad hadn't informed us about their account being hacked and not make any payments if approached. This followed with them saying that my card payment hadn't gone through. Please be careful if you pay by card.
