Location
Noise the day I stay they had a wedding my room was located on the second floor by the pool. Music and noise was so loud all night then early in the morning staff was cleaning up the previous wedding event.

I love the hotel itself , very clean and comfortable but their wifi sucks . Wifi signal is really poor.

bad odor on the 3rd floor; we smelled it as soon as we got off the elevator; I think it was the carpets; it smelled damp/dewy
the bathroom door knobs were dirty and so was the backboards of the beds; seems like room isn’t deep cleaned

parking lot attendant was great when parking lot was full he let me park in the check in spot,
I booked a king on booking and the front desk booked me into a room with two queens, then when I went back to get the room changed he hesitated and acted like I was being picky, the thermostat was not working properly and we literally woke up at 3:00 freezing and neither of us slept it was set at 73 and it was actually about 50 in the room, no coffee early in the morning, for $195 it wasn’t worth it,

The hotel is nice and the room is good as well.
We got back really late and missed room service everyday. The room also had a loud rolling noise coming from the upstairs. Housekeeping should try to circle back for those that need to rest past 9 am
